Now as your assistant admin I will take care of all the problem solving and deal with issues and change them as I see fit! from now if they can not be resolved CIVILY and not argumentatively on here or IM, and if I dont see change in the following areas:
1. Team work
2. Rivalveries with in the group personally in the rpg or on the IM need to be stopped IMMEDIATELY
3. Over competitivness needs to be stopped
4. Trying to gain more power through differnt things just to become more powerful or look better than the rest. Needs to be Toned down or stopped completely
5. And All and I mean ALL Peoples characters in this RPG need to sart being treated Equally ASAP!
6. Im going to Make it a requirement for ALL OLDER Players To interact with The NEW players In some of their posts every once and a while.
I as assistant admin state those and I do not want to hear any arguments about "oh that isnt happening or this yada yada." This is what I have seen and this is what needs to be changed and the Head Admin would more than likely agree. So I dont want to hear any counter statements to this, because these words from now on are Final.
I hate to do it but some things have gotten out of control and it needs to be fixed amongst yourselves or as I said I will do it myself.
Those are older new rules and are now official.

For here on out ALL and I mean ALL Admins and this in agreement with the head admin and other Admins that Each and Every Admin WILL be INCLUDED and BE ABLE to MAKE their OPINIONS on EVERY DECISION brought before them BEFORE a FINAL DECISION IS MADE!
And due to Recent Events I here by state that IF you HAVE ANY and I mean ANY Problem with players and or the site please please DO NOT! Act in any irrational way (ie: trying to quit or wanting to be banned or ban someone, fighting personally over the IM, etc) Talk to Me about and I will bring it up with the other admins and the Head Admin and we will find a solution. IE : NO MORE FIGHTING! DF is a FUN and FRIENDLY Place lets KEEP it that way!
FROM HERE ON OUT NOONE NOT EVEN ADMINS ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE ANYONES POSTS AND OR PROFILES FOR ANY REASON. If you have a problem with the post and or profile talk to that person and/or an admin about it.[[/u]
