[Lost Digi Girl]

(that is not the title of the game, just a temperary one.)

Okay, there are several notes to be made before we play this game, even though less complicated than the masquerade idea.

One-Who is going to play who? There are many people to play, and all of the season 1/2 kids are illusioned, which is why we are going. The season 3 kids are fine. Everyone can be played in theory.
=side note-to also assist, I think that the npc characters in the Jasmine story could also be played, which would mainly be Jasmine's mom, brother Nick(Kenny's parallel), and Dr. Wasiku.

Another problem, somewhat. Unless we ignore things, we need to decide when this would happen. If before defusion, then it'd be easier. If defused, then, based on something previously discussed, people are int he world according to what world they were in before defusion. Luckily all DF characters were in the season 1/2 digital world at that time, either at LT, KI, or RR. But if we play after defusion, we'd have to decide what world everyone's in, and so on. Plus if that's season 3 world, we'd need use of D-Porters. Unless we ignore defusion but play at this point in DF time.

A slightly related note. If this occurs at any point in DF time, then people should stay behind in Acamina/digital world to prevent realemon from causing more trouble, although they still wouldn't be able to completely defeat her. That could be used as any reason why people unable to play ehre are not here, including when people go away in reality.

One last note. This is Japan, and that means that we would have locational confusion, and at times, language barriers. It'd be reasonable to believe that some people in Japan might know english, (for our sanity, we can say the tv kids too). Not everyone would though. More important, not everyone in DF would know Japanese. Jasmine, Alan, Ken, and Wazumi would, although unsure on anyone else. That'd mean that we need to have some guides in case of confusion.
===This could be a worse problem for any sort of dimensional travel, which i need to go back and address in the AK book when i write it, plus wonderful Lerkurlia, i love lerkurlia. But, that's off topic :-P

(One unrelated note. end of semester projects and essays mean that i might not play as much but will be online.)

3 possibilities here:

1- Done randomly. Not sure how to really do that, since we can't draw straws or anything.

2-Hand the characters out based on who would RP them best.

3-Just let everyone pick.

I personally would go with option #1, if someone found a randomizer.

None of the above. Since this is out of continuity, we can use a neutral zone to RP, such as a random event place or Digital world area. Assume that everyone has a D-Porter.

Assume that Realemon don't exist in this game. It worked for Digimon: the Movie(no Digimon Emporer), so it can work for us.

When all else fails: blame it on a Digimon!

What I mean by that is basically get a universal translater(you know, those things from Star Trek) or something. How can we? Well...

Option 1: Make a Digimon up specifically for this thread. A Digimon that can translate anything any character is saying so the other characters understand it perfectly. This will happen with electro-waves to their brains so messages won't be needed back and forth. Hence why I said, blame it on a Digimon.

Option 2: same concept, except instead of a Digimon, a small device. If you need to know where these wonders of technology came from, blame it on Lerkurlia.

I know this wouldn't be part of the game, but still a sort of chapter that, if there was time, we could have done this. Fixing the problems stated in ch 16/17. It wouldn't make sense to put everything in a totally different location if it could have been part of the story. And in DF, we only have access to 3 D-Porters: Pirelli's, Ken's, and Wazumi's. Hidimon's still lost.

On the options for how to decide who plays who...:-P I could roll dice :-P But I think option 2 is the best, since, in option 1, some people could randomly get people that don't fit them, and option 3...well, :-P can i play npcs:-P ? (honestly i don't think i'd play the tv kids right, and being busy, don't have much time to invest in playing and learning the mentality of new characters)

On the realemon thing, that was just mentioned to be a reasoning to why some characters might not be in the game.

On the language thing, maybe. Although we wouldn't have lerkurlian technology, sadly. Although it makes sense....I wish someone would give me a D-Porter so i could go to lerkurlia.

I don't think you grasp the concept that I was suggesting... I ment that since this is out-of-continuity, you'd have access to all of your past/future characters, including Hidimon, and there would be plenty of D-Porters to go around.

Well, Deragon RPs Ken pretty well. I'm not sure how much he studies Ken, but he does a pretty nice job anyway.
