As Clif and Gaminmon exited the forest, they approched Lulu Tower.
"Look at that tower!" Gaminmon said excitedly to Clif upon seeing it. "It's so big."
"Yeah, that's one big tower... but do you see anyone near it?" Clif asked.
"No, I can't see anyone except over there..." Gaminmon told Clif, pointing at the battle. She then looked over at the tower, noticing someone on the ground. "Wait... who is that...?"
"Looks like it might be someone." Clif stated. "Let's head over to the tower."

Demidevimon had regained some courage, and figured Kyle would be in a forgiving mood after a good rest. He flew down towards Kyle and hovered in front of his face.
"Ehe...Kyle...wake up...I'm hungry..."
Kyle was oblivious, and continued to sleep. Demidevimon grinned.
"...if you are angry at me, wake up right now."
Kyle continued to sleep.
"KYLE, WAKE UP, I'M HUNGR-" Demidevimon was cut off by Kyle, who woke up with a start and had knocked Demidevimon down. Demidevimon staggered a bit, the got back up.
"Guess I deserved that."He said, trying to hide his grin.
"Why (yawn) didn't you tell anyone to go back for me?"
"Thought you could use the exercise."
"I could have been hurt."
"But you aren't.
"I COULD have been hurt."
"But you aren't, and thats what matters."[/blue]
"You aren't getting any cookie dough now." Demidevimon frowned. Kyle groggily rubbed his eyes.
"Hey...who is that?" Kyle pointed vaguely in the direction Clif and Gaminmon were coming.
"What? Eh, I don't know. They are probably someone who everyone forgot to mention. I'm going to look for some food." With that, Demidevimon zipped away to locate some food within the tower.
"Get me something too. I'm starving..."

Gizzamon and Mushroommon came up from the Catacombes Entrance, along with Monodramon. The three walked up to the tower entrance, and stopped. Monodramon thought a moment before he spoke. "Its been a while....all this time locked in the catacombes....and now we are finally free to come and go as we please...to make a choice. We made a choice before, but it was long term. Now we can leave....or stay...." He turned and looked at the other two. "What about you two? Leaving or staying?"
Mushroommon laughed, "I am a mushroom! I ain't got anything better to do!"
Gizzamon looked at Monodramon like he were an idiot, "Do you think good friends like us would abandon a friend when he needed us most?"
Monodramon nodded his head, then the three went to kyle. Monodramon spoke first, "I see everybody left already, looks like we are stuck on gaurd duty."
"WHY DOES EVERYBODY ELSE GET TO HAVE ALL THE FUN?!" Gizzamon piped up jokingly.
Mushroommon laughed, "HEY! DONT THINK OF EATING ME NOW! I AM NOT AN EDIBLE MUSHROOM! I AM POISONOUS!"
Monodramon laughed, "Pardon my friends, they have rather...er....wierd sences of humor. I guess thats what you get for being a mushroom and locking yourself in a basement for years." to which mushroommon replied, "HEY! I AM THE MUSHROOM OF THE CROWED!" Monodramon laughed a little, but shook his head, muttering "strangeness" under his breath.

"Eh?" Kyle mumbled sleepily. "Naw, they are just kind of loud...DEMIDEVIMON!"
"WHAT?"
"THERE ARE SOME DIGIMON OUT HE-"
"WONDERFUL. DID THEY BRING FOOD?
"NO..."
After a long silence, Kyle spoke again. "Well, I'm Kyle. Um...hi. Don't mind that demidevimon. He is a jerk."
"I HEARD THAT!"
"GOOD FOR YOU. Anyway...you seem more capable at guarding this place than Demidevimon."
"I HEARD THAT TOO!"
"...if he bothers you, you can just stick him in a closet or something. He won't mind."

Gizzamon and mushroomon started after Demidevimon but Monodramon grabbed one of them with each hand, and stopped them. "He was being sarcastic, you wierdos." He let go and gizamon looked like he had lost his puppy, "We get cheated outta all the fun."
Mushroommon then piped up, "Yeah, now you know why I am such a mushroom."
Monodramon shook his head and looked at kyle. "Well, looks like we got quite the wierd group...then again, being locked in the basement for as long as we have been can hvae wierd effects on ya. Trust me, if you ever get the idea to sign on as a gaurd in the basement, DONT agree to never leave for years and years! It will drive ya nuts."

"Gaminmon ran over to the other Digimon. "Ummm... hello..." she said nervously.
Clif walked over to the entrence to the catacombs. "Hm. What's this..." he said, wandering inside."

Monodramon quickly ran into the catacombes and Grabbed Clif, and pulled him out. "Do not go in there, its not safe there."
Gizzamon looked at the other digimon, and so did Mushroommon.
Mushroommon came forward first, "Hey, allow me to introduce myself, I am the local mushroom!"
Gizzamon smirked, "And they say I am the local hot-head."

Clif looked down at Monodramon and smirked. He then grabbed the claw that Monodramon was holding him with and jumped into the Catacombs, pulling Monodramon with him.
Gaminmon looked down at the other Digimon. "Nice to meet you all. My name is Gaminmon."

The other two digimon grabbed Clif and glared. Monodramon then suddenly, and quicky, slipped outta Clif's grip, and shoved him back out the Catacombes entrance. "YOU DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT PERMISSION!" Suddenly, a purple barrier began to glow. Clif would not be allowed in anymore till invited either by lunamon or the Gaurdians of the Catacombes. Monodramon glared at Clif. "You dont just run in the catacombes at will. This is the only door with a protective barrier. Its the only reason the tower has not been compromised entirely by that idiot Neodevimon and his hot-head partner."
Gizzamon turned and looked at Gaminmon, daring her to try to take them all three on at once in her current level. Monodramon looked at Kyle. "Get your partner, please, it seems we got an ignorant fool on our hands."

"Eh? I don't know what you want him for...he is pretty lazy. DEMI!"
Demidevimon zipped up to Kyle. "Whadda want?"
Kyle pointed at Monodramon. "He wants you for something. Did you find any food?"
"Nope." Demidevimon glanced at Mushroomon. "That mushroom thing looks good though..."
"It's poisonous."
"He's just saying that so I won't eat him."
"Don't try to eat him."
"I know, I know...just having some fun..." Demidevimon flew over to Monodramon. "Can I, er, help you?"

Monodramon turned to Demidevimon and stepped forward.
Suddenly, Gizzamon made his move. He lunged at Monodramon's unprotected, ungaurded back, and spun fast, using his spikes as a weapon. he fully charged them with some odd sort of dark energy not normal for a gizzamon. "DARK BUZZSAW!" and cut Monodramon down where he stood. Gizzamon landed underneath where Demidevimon was flying. "heh, phase one complete." Then darted into the catacombes, quicker than Mushroommon could blink.
Mushroommon looked at Monodramon, who stood, seemingly in one piece. Monodramon said one last thing, "Hey, you stupid mushroom, take care of these kids while I'm gone, ok?" Then suddenly burst into loose data, a white flash of light, then he disappeared.
Mushroommon looked at the two, "Anybody hurt?" he said, in a very timid fation.
----------CATACOMBES----------
The chamber was massive, and in its center there was a device. It was fairly large and complex. Eventually, though, there was a flash of bright white light, and a winged figure was floating over one half, then another white flash, and anoher figure was floating over the other half.
Suddenly, Monodramon's data appeared, and started being absorbed by the two figures above the device. Gizzamon suddenly burst through a door on the far wall away from the device, and charged at the device, lunging at the non-winged figure. Gizzamon turned into black loose data and began to be absorbed by the non-winged figure. One half of the device emitted bright white light and the other emitted bright black light......

Kyle stared at the entrance of the catacombes, dumbfounded. "Um...no, I'm fine...shouldn't we go after him?"
Demidevimon coughed uneasily, and looked around nervously. "Yeah...you know, I would...but I'm too hungry to do anything...so...Imgonnagogetsomefoodbye". And with that, demidevimon zipped off towards the forest. Kyle sighed.
"Can't count on him for anything...what just happened anyway? The digimon, Gizzamon, right? Attacked Monodramon...I'm confused..."Kyle looked at the entrance again, then at Clif, then at mushroommon. "So...do we go after him?"

Mushroomon thought a moment. "I know where he is going...Gizzamon...why?...." Then he seemed to get an agry look to him, "DAMN TRAITOR!" But then he senced it, Gizzamon was gone as well. "Gah, he is gone anyway." Then he senced a powerfull energy signature heading this way. "We got company...oh, shit, we gotta get the hell outta here! GET IN THERE! YES! I KNOW MONODRAMON PUSHED YOU OUT, WELL, YOU NEED TO COME WITH ME!" Mushroommon headed into the catacombes, and tho the barrier was still there, it would now allow them safe passage...
----------CATACOMBES----------
Ebonydramon suddenly emerged from the black energy, and Spikedramon emerged from the white energy. Spikedramon shook his head and looked around. "What the...what happened...." Suddenly, a red light emited from the red eyes of Ebonydramon, and he charged up Darkness Prevails.
Spikedramon only barely looked at Ebonydramon when Ebonydramon suddenly threw Darkness Prevails at him, and Spikedramon suddenly started to emit a little light from his mouth, then suddenly released an energy blast totally by accident at Darkness Prevails, but Darkness Prevails plowed right through it, and Spikedramon dived out of the way clumsilly, barely getting out of the way in time.
He stumbled to his feet clumsilly, and Darkness Prevails came aorund after him again. Spikedramon dived out of the way, hoping to escape in one piece. "WHAT IS GOING ON! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?" he bellowed in his currently confused state, as he dived out of the way of Darkness Prevails once more. Finally, he leaped up high to dodge it again, but landed clumsilly, falling on his face in the process. He started to get back up but pushed himself into a roll outta the way to dodge Darkness Prevails again, then quickly stumbled to his feet.
Darkness Prevails came around and down at him again, but he jumped outta the way just in time. He stumbled to his feet, and looked at Ebonydramon. "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS....wait, why do I need to yell even? Whoa....I am....different....I am....a digimon?..." Spikedramon looked very confused...
