**Night, Dec 13, 2005**
Jenni was wandering in the forest, whining about everything she stepped on. She'd left her D-Terminal at the hospital, but right now, she wanted her shoe. Nothing else mattered. Just her pink shoe that matched the outfit. And maybe the sock. She could use it as a parachute. Every step along the way, she whined, stepping on twigs and things with a injured foot that only had a socklike shoe on it.
"Why can't Hidimon give me a shoe?" she cried out into the night.

Wedge and Undramon are walking through Diatoro Forest, back on their way to the Base, when the Digivice kinda makes noises. Wedge checks it out, but all he can see is the Digi-Egg as it pulses on the screen. But somewhere else, the data coming off the egg blends with the illusions of the Forest, creating an illusion, a very special, creepy illusion, of the Rookie form of the Egg's voice and his eyes and it drifts through the Forest, until it finds a certain person seearching for something.
"Why, hello Jennifer" The voice said to her, it's eyes glowing yellow in the shadows of the forest.

"Hidimon? Lunamon?" Jenni asked, confused. "Hidimon could do that, but she's lost. And Lunamon had gold eyes. So what're you?"

"I am Strabimon, bringer of death and despair, and Wedge's new partner. I think we suit eachother just fine, don't you?" It said, kinda laughing. It's eyes came out from the shadows, but only it's eyes were visible, as they floated around Jenni, laughing an eerie laugh.
Wedge and Undramon came upon someone talking to yelling, and they saw it was Jenni. Wedge sighed and shrugged, walking in a different way. He then felt Undramon pull on him, and point to a floating pair of eyes. Creeped out, Wedge decided to look a little closer.

Jenni backed away into a tree, scared. "No, we don't make a good team. Not if you're saying you're a deathy digimon. Although I might need one, and if brandy took Wazumi and Jasmine used ALimon, maybe I need something too.." Jenni closed her eyes, scared. "But you're a ghosty thingy too..."

"But I wasn't speaking of you, dear. I meant myself and Wedge make a good team, what with his hunger for complete control and my power to attain it, we deserve eachother. and I believe you were lookignf or something.. a, shoe?" Strabimon's eyes said, and it moved up, and on the ground behind it was a pink shoe with a sock and D-Terminal in it, very real.
Wedge and Undramon came into view of Jenni and the eyes, and he said "Hey, who are you?" He said, pointing to the floating eyes. "And how do you know my name?"

Jenni saw it, and dove into the ground for it. "OW!" she said, getting up. "That hurt..." She looked at the shoe, happily, then saw Wedge. "I know you because you're destined to be with Pirelli."

"Not you, Jenni! I was talking to the floating, eyebally things..." Wedge said. The eyes turned to him, then looked down at the Egg on his Digivice's screen. The eyes nodded and Wedge said, "You're this Digimon?"
Undramon went close to the floating eyes, but they chuckled and flew into the Digivice, and the Digi-Egg on the screen began to crack, hatching..

"No more ghosty thing?" Jenni said, looking at Wedge. She looked back at the shoe and the D-Terminal. She grabbed the shoe, dumped the sock and D-Terminal out, and put the shoe back on.

"No more ghostly thing, but his there one more person here" Wedge said as he showed his Digivice to Jenni. The Digi-Egg was coming out of the screen as it hatched, and by the time it had drifted to the ground, it was a digimon baby. It was Metallic, and it had a pointed tial and red triangular eyes. It looked at Wedge, made a happy sound then turned towards Jenni, leaping into her arms.

Jenni automaticly catches it, then looks at it closely. "It's a metal thig? Weird. Well, I'm going home." And she starts to walk away."

"HEY, MY DIGIMON!" Wedge yelled. The little metal thing jumpd out of her arms and scurried back to Wedge, then said "Hi Wedge! I'm MetalKoromon!" It jumped up and down, as happy as it looked it could be. "and look what I can do already?"
It couldn't be seen (Cuz it's a secret), but a light came from behind Jenni, followed by a "PERFECT, NOW LET'S MOVE OUT! FOR LULU TOWER!" Which was Wedge's voice.

Jenni smiled. "I'll come with you. I can take you there, I used to live there. That's where we beat Galulumon." She started walking in front of Wedge.

Darkdragonomon was watching from the distance. He follows their every movement, unoticed. He watches, and waits for them to take him to the Masamune.
