[Lost Digi Girl]

Yes, straight from HG, is 'the original story'. Yes, some things may have changed, but many things can be traced back here. Some things are very out-of-continuity with HG/DF/etc, and some are OOC with the series, but still, better than nothing?

Sadly, the next chapter that would have been where we first meet Jasmine. In theory I have the next 10 or so chapters handwriten, but it faded, and is in my horrible handwriting so that's not really usable...and when i had first been posting this at pojo and it suddenly disappeared, i was lucky to have it on the comp but it saved there in one big continuous paragraph, so some chapters have yet to be modified back into proper format. I will try to get to that, but doubt continuing the acutal story.

Posting this here is jsut for reference, and I'll try to maybe have summaries that are more detailed than in the background page at the info site. And as i reread this, yes i am Very scared of both my logic of that age, and of my writing skills...

And now I present 'Lost digidestined'

This is the first 21 chapters of the story that I wrote, and turned into the RPG. However, most of it is not here(year one had about 50 or so chapters, year 2 had 30 something. So for more info on what happened, read the summary in the info forum. This is posted simply for fun.

Part One. The Beginning

It starts with Willis, 7 years ago, when he lived in California. A a kindergardner, he had 8 year old Jenni as his buddy. When he got his digiegg, he showed her, and tried to give his pink digimon to her, but she refused. A teacher with her little baby, Pirelli, saw them, but only the baby saw the digimon. Then next day, Willis had moved to Colorodo.

4 years later, Willis came back to California to see his cousin A.J., who was 12. They went online to play, and teased Ken, who was angry. Willis went back to Colorodo, and saw the Onmimon insident. He saw where the virus went afterwards, but didn't see the actual digimon.

It became Hidimon, a ghost-like digimon with extraordinary powers for a rookie. She went to Jenni with her digivice, but Jenni got so scared at the sudden appearence that she threw the digivice through the portal in her computer, where it went to Ken's house. Hidimon stayed at Jenni's house, but remained invisible. 3 years go by.

Part 2-Present Time Kids

Time has gone by, and now the kids have changed. The battle involving the end of the world where Ken and Davis and the digidestined saved the day has already happened. Ken is now 12, and his parents are sending him to California to stay with his aunt. The school he will go to, however, isn't too great, and with changing his old classes to the type here, he was already in 11 grade. He looks almost the same as he did in Japan, wearing nice clothes.

Pirelli is now 8, and she goes to elementary school, where she teases Jenni's brother Kenny. She has gotten permission to dye her hair purple.

A.J. is now 17, and Jenni’s 16 and they go to the same high school, in 11 grade. A.J. is into Dungeons and Dragons, and really likes dragons. He’s taller now, and always wears a grey vest over s shirt and wears jeans. Jenni loves Pokemon, and has become weird, but she is very nice and smart. She often wears a pink tanktop with blue capris, and has her brown hair in a pony tail. She’s similar to her best friend, Brandy, who is
very short, bossy and smart. Brandy’s cooler than Jenni, with dark brown hair and cool clothes.

Willis is in Colorado, where he is now 13, with both of his digimon. He visits A.J. sometimes.

Part 3-Digidestined Jenni and Ken

Jenni always walked to her bus stop. It wasn't too far, and she typically ignored the other kids. But one day, she saw a new boy,who was very young. She watched him. All day he was in her classes. He was even in her English Honors class. It was the last class of the day, and Brandy was in their also.

That day, Jenni was angry at Brandy, so she ignored her, and was going to talk to the new boy. He was using a small computer thing, and talking to a person called T.K. He wa saying "This new school is so confusing, and the peole are older than me- around Tai and Matt's age. And there's
this one girl, always following me. She seems to be alone. Very weird, always fighting with this short girl who is mean to her..." That's when Jenni said "Hello. Why are you talking to me?"

Ken turned around and saw her. He hid his D-Terminal, although she didn't know that is what it was called, and looked around. He saw his picture of his friends was on his desk. He tried to hide that to, but she grabbed it.

"Hey, cool. Are this your friends? They're cooler than me. But, hmm, there's some weird things. There's a green thing that looks like a Caterpie, cute little kitty and cool bird that'll like no Pokemon, umm, Hey!" She put the picture on the desk. "None of these are Pokemon. What are they?"

"Umm, not now, okay." he said embarrased. Then he started to go back to work. Brandy started to bug Jenni again, so they didn’t get to talk again in class.

They waited to talk until after getting off the school bus. His aunt lived near Jenni's house. They started to talk.

"Do you remember what happened around Christmas last year?" Ken asked.

"Umm, somewhat. The...Digimon. Are they real? Are you sure that it isn't just copying Pokemon?" Jenni said.

"Yes. Digimon are real. Actually, I, was with the kids. I mean, I was one of the Digidestined. With my friends." Ken replied.

"So, those things were digimon? Weird. How'd you get yours? Looks cool." she asked. Ken's D-Terminal beeped. He got it out and opened it.

"Davis. What does he want?" He sarted to read it out loud. "'did ya hear? willis remeber his old old old friend. from when he was in californai, a girl little older than him, who saw his digimon. he even tried to give her one. but she said no. when izzy told him about how anyone who had a digimon
monent could be digidestined, he wanted to find her. He thinks her name was Jemy, but he's not sure, and had brown hair. enjoy California. Davis.'"

Jenni began snickering. Ken looked at her. "Jemy. No normal kid here has that sort of name. Maybe he meant Jimmy, but that's a boy. okay. Jebby,Jeccy, Jeddy, e’s a no, Jeffy, Jeggy ,Jehhy, i’s also a no, Jejjy, Jekky, Jelly, Jemmy, Je..." She stopped.

Ken looked at her. "Jenny, is that it?" Ken said.

"Yup. So, let me think. Not her, not her, not her. I’ve known several Jennifers. but none that had brown hair." she said.

"What about yourself? Do you remember any digimon?"

She thought for a moment. Then her brain clicked. "Maybe. 4 years ago, there was a ghost in my room, with a device thingy. I threw it into the computer. Does that count?" Ken thought for a moment. Then he got out his D-3 and looked at it. "It was kinda like that, but different. And the ghost went away."

"Not really, because there's a digimon here. Come out." Ken said. "Please." Jenni added.

"Just as long as you don't attack me again, okay." came a little voice. Then, in front of them was a little digimon girl ghost with pink hair and a long pale blue dress, but she was only about a foot tall. "And yes, Ken Ichijouji, I'm a rookie."

Part 4-The Wierdness of Hidimon

"Ahh!" Jenni yelled, and swated at the digimon. "I said NOT to attack me. Please stop." the digimon said. Then Jenni was
frozen in place.

"How did you know my name?" Ken asked.

"Simple. I knew. I'm Hidimon, the best psychic digimon there is. I can even save you from ... Oops, not yet. I'm sorry, Jenni, but you need to stop. Hee hee. Now, where was I, Umm, Willis comes, Spore....Oh, I did it again. I keep looking at the future." Jenni became free.

Hidimon started floating 3 feet off the ground and looked at them. "It's going to be important for you to update Jenni about everything. That I can tell you, because you need her help. Later on, desperately, so do it in about a week. Kay?" she said to Ken.

"I understand what you said, but how can I, when we don't have very much time?" Ken said.

"You mean, I'm...important? How, I'm just Jenni?" she said.

"Okie, how about this? I link up your mind, and you can talk to each other, psychicly. I promise not to listen. You don't wanna lose yourself without having a backup?" Jenni and Ken looked at her wierd. "Okie, ummmmmmm, now think, but as if talking," she said.

<This is so nuts. How can she be crazer than me?> Jenni thought.

<Digimon are meant to be with their person. They are perfectly matched. Opposites yet similar > Ken thought back.

<Hey! I heard that! It worked!> Jenni said.

"Digimon and their humans are like a puzzle. The pieces fit, but only with certain ones. You two must go together,in this puzzle of 15, but Brian is farther away...Oh man, did it again." Hidimon said. She spun upside-down and flew straight to the ground. She vanished.

"Puzzle of 15?" Ken said.

"Brian? Who's that?" Jenni said.

"Oh, just say my name if you want to psychicly yak, kay?" came Hidimon's voice, and her head popped up. They looked at her and said "Okay." She vanished

For a week, Jenni and Ken talked to each other. Ken told her the whole story, as far back as it when, including everything, even the Dark Spore and Digimon Emperor. A.J. told Jenni that his cousin was coming to California.

Part 5- Meeting Willis

One day, Jenni, Ken, and Jenni's little brother Kenny, who is 10, were playing Nintendo 64 when they heard somebody at the door. Jenni and Ken went to see who it is and saw A.J. and his cousin, who is 13, with his digimon Terriermon and Lopmon. Jenni was happy to see A.J., but Ken was annoyed at A.J.’s cousin, Willis.

<Hey, teach him your past also, Big Ken, because if you lose your memory and Jenni does too, then he needs your help> says Hidimon to Jenni, Ken, and Willis. Willis is surprised, and is about to step forward but stops. Ken walks out the door towards Willis, and Hidimon says <Don't step on Terriermon>, when he did. Terriermon yelled in pain, and Jenni
carefully walked out the door and closed it before Kenny could see.

"What are you doing with Digimon? Here? In front of A.J., and almost let Kenny see? Kenny's not mature enough for a real Digimon! A.J. , um, he didn't know, until now! What are you thinking?" Jenni yells at Willis.

"Um, "he says.

< He's thinking dat since A.J. has known him, and the Digimon, for 9 years, if he was gonna be a digidestined like himself and da kids in Japan, den he'd of gotten his by now> Hidimon say to all of them, revealing herself, sitting on Ken's head.

"Please get off." Ken says to her, setting her by Jenni.

"What! You knew? Oh, this is nuts." Jenni said.

"Since when do you have a Digimon? I thought I knew you better." A.J. said.

"I just found out last week, and Ken said that I should hide her." She said.

<Not hard to do when I've been hiding from her for 5 years.>

"Seriously, what are you doing here, Willis? It is quite a trip here, just to visit." Ken said.

"His family's here 'cause they hadn't of come for a year now. It's not too expensive." A.J. said.

"Yeah, my family in Idaho come about twice a year. Not always the same part of the family though." Jenni said.

"Also, some kid called Izzy had created a program to alert him when a non-digidestined portal appeared, and one was forming here. He looked through it, and it's from the Dark Ocean." A.J. continued

"Daemon. But why here?" Ken asked.

"Cause of what you said to me. He wants you, so you trapped him there, and now, he is getting out, and as for the here part, it’s because you live here. Duh." Jenni explained.

"I've endangered you all. I need to go. “Ken said.

"No, Davis wouldn't let me face Cocomon on my own, and I won't let you face him on your own."

<Even if ya won't kill him for umm, no, no, Ummmmmmmmm, not miss purple or miss short, Oops, that's not good, what is he doing in this dimension? Ummm, ahh, wait not, ummm, Well, not for an extremely long time> Hidimon says.

"Dimension?" Jenni said.

"Miss purple?" Ken said.

"Miss short? Ha, shorter than Brandy?" A.J. said.

<Um, I mumbled when looking at da future, huh?>Hidimon asked, sitting on Jenni’s head, when she went invisible. Terriermon and Lopmon did also.

“Hey! Where’d they go?"Willis asked, and looked around. A 8 year old hispanic boy ran past the kids and into the house. He slammed the door, and Kenny and the boy began to yell happily about the game.

“Ponce. He’s crazy, and just as annoying as his ‘girlfriend"Pirelli. Ignore him, if you can."Jenni explained to them.

"Willis is coming to school with me tomorrow, so we can talk later. Oh, Brandy said for you to call Michelle. She needs help on her homework." A.J. said.

"Okay. Jenni said.

They all said goodbye, then A.J. and Willis left. Jenni told Ken who Michelle was, just a friend. They talked, and then Ken went home. There was no way they’d get back to their game now.

The portal grew.

Part 6-Our New Enemy

Jenni, Ken, Willis, and even A.J. watched out for Daemon. Hidimon had shown them all memories of him, but they still found nothing.

Then Ken started to change. He didn't care about his new friends, and ignored Jenni so much that she got upset that he wasn't the nice boy she had known. He wouldn't let Hidimon psychically talk with her powers to him, or as they had begun to call it, psy-talk, or psy-talk with the others. He stopped talking to his friends in Japan. He even stopped doing his
homework.

A.J figured it out first. Something had mentally messed him up. Hidimon didn't do it, so it was something evil. Either the Dark Spore thingy or Daemon. Hidimon tried to read his memories, but something was blocking her. In fact, something was restricting her powers. Very bad. And all of
it in one week. Willis was going to have to go home very soon, in 4 days.

The next day, A.J. started to go into one of his migraine times, so he couldn't help, or even go to school. If he had, he would have noticed something weird going on with Jenni. She began to be uncaring, always fussy, doing her classwork, then just reading. She'd always fight with Brandy, causing trouble. Most people thought she was normal, though.
Hidimon was helpless to stop this, and she knew that it was what she had been fearing. That Ken had "lost" his memories, and Jenni was useless. Willis didn't know enough to stop the evil, and she was useless too.

On the Saturday before Willis was to go home, Ken seemed to forget everything. Jenni didn't care, she just went to Ken's house to use his computer. Willis came over to try again to help them see reason. Hidimon followed, invisible.

They sat in Ken’s room, just being quiet. Jenni typed out her report. Willis sat on the bed, looking at Ken’s perfectly clean room. Ken played with Jenni’s Game Boy. He had stolen it from her, but she hadn’t noticed. If she had, she’d have blamed Ponce’s brothers who had stolen in the past. Ponce was good, and would return the stolen toys.

"Ken, your room is too clean."Willis said, trying to start a conversation.

"So?"Ken replied.

"My room’s never clean. The day I really clean it is the day I’ve gone insane."Willis told him.

<Jenni’s the same way. But she blames the mess on Kenny.>Hidimon told Willis, psytalking to him only.

"I cleaned my room yesterday. I skipped class."Jenni said, not glancing from the keyboard.

"Jenni skipping school? Unbelievable."Ken said, smiling.

"Taekwondo class,"Jenni said, “I’m a white belt, but I can kick your butts. I’m older."

"Why are you guys being so mean?"Willis complained.

"It’s fun."Jenni said. She turned the chair, and stuck out her tongue. She saw Ken, and watched. She knew he would argue with Willis.

"Does it matter to you? Are you even my friend? No, you are the dorkycousin of A.J., the stupid boyfriend of Jenni, who’s too whiny and boring. You’re the messed up one, who just can’t be normal. You’re in college? Stupid."Ken told him.

"Hey Ken, I’ll be in a college class next year. Even if I’ll be a senior, not a, a, 8th grader, I think. 17, not 13."Jenni told Ken. He ignored her,watching Willis.

"And your flaws?"Willis replied, somewhat upset.

"I am perfect."Ken said.

"No you aren’t. You’re normal. Even with..."Willis said. <You’re thinking about the Dark Spore? I can’t tell if it was activated. But what about Jenni?> Hidimon asked him.

Suddenly, there was a flash of black light. They vanished through a portal, the three kids and Hidimon. They ended up at the Dark Ocean.

Daemon was there, waiting. Ken went to him, and looked like he respected him. Jenni ran away, not liking the big ugly guy, and she didn't care about the other fussy kids. Hidimon began to look around for something to help. Willis had begun to yell at Ken, confused about what had happened and why Ken seemed happy.. There was a brief flash, and Jenni appeared next to Willis. Daemon had transported her from wherever
she had run off to. She sat down, almost about to cry. Willis stood in front of her, wanting to help defend his friend.

Daemon began to talk. "You children are so immature. I thought that the three lost ones would be able to stand together, make it a challenge. It was more interesting when you were in Japan, Ken, when you had your real friends, not these cheesy people who want only what's best for
themselves. Now, I can't say that I did nothing, I did help activate the Dark Spore, spread the evil energy around, which helped change her, but still, now I have my rather pathetic prize, the Digidestined who are meant to help me take over the world. And now I need you to summon your digimon.

Ken, Willis, think of your digimon, and Jenni, who has none yet, see this picture, think of her." He threw a picture to Jenni, and she looked at it, with Hidimon looking over her shoulder, invisible. It was of Kari and Gatomon. Hidimon imagined how great it would be if Kari and her friends were here to help save her friends.

There was a flash of light. Wormmon, Terriermon, Lopmon, Gatomon, and strangely, Kari also, had appeared in front of the kids. Ken fainted.

Kari was shocked to see all of this. “Ken! Willis! Oh No! Daemon! Gatomon, digivolve while I help them."Gatomon digivolved to Angewoman and Kari ran to Willis and Jenni

Kari reached Willis and Jenni, and tried to help Jenni stand up. Jenni looked at her, and her mind cleared. Whatever dark energy that had been messing with her was fading. She understood what was going on. She ran over to Ken, and tried to calmly and quietly talk to him. She knew that if he was evil again, then do what Davis had done. Be his friend.

It seemed to work. He looked like he had woken up from a very long sleep, and was exhausted. Angewomon fell, and dedigivolved back to Gatomon. Daemon was extremely mad. Then Hidimon revealed herself.

"Ya know, I think dat you're a baboon, with wings,... and a dress!" she said to him, and let the kids listen also.

"What? Who are you?" he yelled.

'Uh huh, a dress, and not even a pretty one. Wanna know what I think, that,...you need to be pink." And she made the illusion of him dressed in pink. He began to prepare to attack the mysterious spirit that had appeared, but decided to leave.

"Soon, the three of you won't be safe, and I will have my new slaves to take over. I just don't like her. But I will return, before Jenni has her digimon."he said, then vanished.

They all disappeared, and popped up in Ken's room. They all looked around. Jenni went to Ken and hugged him, happy that they were safe and normal. Ken introduced Jenni to Kari, then they all sat down and began to talk.

"You know what, Hidimon was right. Something bad was coming, and we got messed up, but how'd you get there?" Jenni said to Kari.

"I don't know. I was at my house with Tai, then I found myself there." Kari replied.

"I did it. If he wanted Jenni to summon Gatomon, I wanted to bring you. A digimon needs its partner." Hidimon said.

"Help me figure this out. Didn't he say 'three lost ones'? Why are we lost?" Willis asked.

"Well, since we are three digidestined who are unsure of what we are meant to do, or why we even became digidestined, I slightly get it..."Jenni said.

"Why? Because you saw Willis' egg, then A.J grew up with it, then you lost your digivice to Ken, and we are all linked up. Right?" Hidimon said.

"Yes, well, anyway, we aren't like the other digidestined. The original 8 had been chosen, and the new ones had been needed, but we, we're leftovers, but just as good. We are lost. We are the Lost Digidestined." Jenni said.

There was a bright flash of light, and something appeared in Jenni's hand. A oval shaped device, in a metallic maroon color, with a small screen and 3 buttons, and then two D-Terminals appeared, one by Jenni and the other by Willis.

"Uh, is this for me? A weird ...digivice?" asked Jenni.

"Guess so, and you got D-Terminals also. It's weird, Willis had the original type of digivice, and Ken had the D-3, and you got a new type." Hidimon said, <Oops, I ought to take you home.> She vanishes with Kari and Gatomon.

Willis got up, ready to go to A.J.’s house. Jenni finished the report, and looked at Ken, saying bye to Willis. He had something yellow in his hand...

"My Game Boy!! Gimme!"she said, and jumped up and grabbed it.

"I didn’t do it. Not consciencly. Must have been when under the spell." Ken explained as she turned it on and saw he had played her PokemonGold.

She sat down, and began to play the game, saying “Well, if you like it, ask next time. But didn’t he say he wasn’t done? What does that mean?"

"Daemon? Je ne sais pas. And Willis and the digimon are safe at home." Hidimon said, appearing in the room. Jenni glanced at Ken. He was in her French class. He knew that ‘je ne sais pas"meant ‘I don’t know" but he didn’t know what the future had in store for him and the new Lost Digidestined.

Part 7-Ken's New Friends

It was now October, about a month after Ken had moved to California. He had learned all about his new friends.

Jenni is weird. She is smart and creative, and extremly nice, but she just likes to do things her way; therefore, she was very different, compared to other teenagers. She doesn’t care about what other people may think of her.

Hidimon is stranger than Jenni, and likes to be silly, doesn't pay attention to what she is doing, and is friendly and helpful, sometimes. She has recently found a way to transport a copy of yourself to the digital world, and your real self is asleep.

A.J. is smart, but is different. He likes unusual things, like dragons and magic. He acts in a way that sometimes makes you feel like he is in charge, except when Jenni is around.

Brandy is Jenni's best friend, and plays soccer, but not well. She is 17 and short, but outgoing and a little bossy.

Kenny is Jenni's brother, and he is annoyed at Ken because of his name. He spys on him, and is teased by a girl named Pirelli. She actually likes to tease anybody. She likes Ponce.

Willis is nice and friendly, but cautious because of what happened to his digimon in the past. He cares for his friends.

Ken is on the soccer team, and has other friends, including Ross, who is A.J.'s best friend, Brian, who is on the soccer team, Allen, who is Brian's friend and teases Brandy, and others.

Michelle and Jessie are Jenni and Brandy’s close friends, with Michelle being a year younger, and really cool, while Jessie is a year old, and is really nice, yet not cool.

Ken also has his friends in Japan, but only talks to them online, and once or twice saw them in the digital world. He is used to his new life though.

Part 8-A Strange Prophecy

Ken had been taking Jenni and Willis on short trips to the digital world. He felt they should know about it pretty well in case of an emergency. That is also how he got them to meet his friends in Japan. Willis knew some, and Jenni enjoyed meeting them, although not sure how Davis and Tai are so much the same but not the same person.

One day in October, Izzy found a rather unusual prophecy. Strange, because it was mentioning the crests. All of the original crests, and Ken's also. It was wierd, so he sent it to Ken and his new friends. It said:

You must use courage
Friendships will grow
The love of digimon will help
Sincerely trust all
The knowledge of the group will expand
Your past is still reliable
Keep your hope
The light will grow
This is a miracle
Kindness will rule
It is your destiny
You are meant to be together
Determined to help
Confident in victory
Innocent to the evil
While unusually aware.


"This predicts a good thing, like new people, or something" Jenni said when they got together in the digital world to talk, just the three of them. "I feel it's talking about someone." Ken added. "I think, but I'm not sure, that I've heard part of this before." Willis said.

"the girly pink one." She refused, knowing they were twins and twins shouldn't be separated. She said "It's their destiny. They're meant to be together." Then she spun around, and saw Mrs. Ticony with her little baby.> "I knew it. And that's in this? How wierd." Willis said.

"Wait! Mrs. Ticony saw the digimon?" Jenni said.
"The baby saw 9 years ago? What was her name, we need to find her." Jenni said.

"The prophecy, it's about us. The Digidestined." Ken said. "How?" Jenni and Willis asked. "Okay, Courage is Tai and Davis, Friendship, Matt and Davis. Love is Sora and Yolei, Sincerity is Mimi and Yolei. Knowledge is Izzy and Cody, Reliably is Joe and Cody. Hope is T.K., Light is Kari. Miracle, Davis has the Digiegg of Miracles, and I have the crest of Kindness. That's where it stops,with use." Ken said.

"I think Davis said I had the Digiegg of Destiny. And with that bit of history, I guess I would have the crest of Destiny, although I don't get why." Willis said. "So I got Together,..ness. But who has these last cople of lines. Umm, there are also 8 possible different crests then, although 4 are probably just words to make it sound right, like in the "Your past is still reliable" line, past could be a word, but Reliable is the important one."Jenni said. "Well, if Yolei and Cody have two, and Davis has three, that could mean that we also get two." Willis said. Hidimon said. And they went home.

Part 9-Dragomon

It was the beginning of November, and Hidimon had been sensing the evil growing again. This time, she told the kids. She tried to prevent losing them to it, so they wouldn't forget. It worked, to a point.

One day, Willis disapeared. He wasn't to be found in Colorado, California, the Digital World, or the Dark Ocean. Everybody looked for him: Willis was their friend. Jenni was worried that now that she had the crest of Togetherness, she would cause them to all go where he was.

A.J. was becoming annoyed at this, it was affecting everything, and he never had any free time. Hidimon had the only clue, evil, and not natural. Ken was starting to drift; it seemed like they would never find Willis.

A week after Willis vanished, Ken did too. Hidimon could practically see the evil, as a portal, but nobody had come, just someone leaving. The digimon were still here, just the kids had left. This was bad. Hidmon decided to do something that broke the rules. when she took Jenni to the Digital World, she brought A.J. also.

They looked around. Nothing. Jenni tried to use her digivice, still nothing. Then, for no reason, she tried to e-mail Ken at his D-Terminal. He didn't answer, but it left a trail to follow. So they followed it, and found a large factory. They went inside. They found lots of tubs and machines, and then saw a digimon in a cage. It was dragon-like, red with wings and a long tail, and small knobs on his head, but he was very weak, surrounded but an evil field. Hidimon could tell that Daemon was behind it, probably trying to create someone to serve him.

Then, as they tried to find a way to free him, Willis and Ken appeared. They were dressed as slaves, worn out and barely aware of who Jenni and A.J. were. They tried to capture them, but because they were only 12 and 13, while Jenni and A.J were 17, they couldn't, so Hidmon froze them while Jenni looked for Daemon.

Jenni found him in small room that oversaw the whole factory. He was very angry that Jenni had found him, being unaware that A.J. had come. Jenni teased him, and Hidimon helped by creating the illusion of all of the other digidestined kids in Japan. He began to lose his concentration on controling Ken and Willis, and the whole factory began to shut down. A.J. freed the digimon, and ran to Jenni. Daemon had broke the illusion, and was about to attack her when there was a small squeeky voice yell "Fireball", and a small blast hit Daemon. It was the digimon. "You should not try to control me, because I am the champion." he said to Daemon. "No you aren't, you look only rookie level." Jenni said. "Hah, I am Dragomon, and I am here to get free, become the best, and win, because I am the best." the digimon said. "Yah, so let him attack. He can do it, especially if he could digivolve."A.J. said.

There was a small flash of light, and in Dragomon's place was a large, 4 legged red dragon with big wings, and A.J somehow had a D-Terminal and a blue digivice like Jenni's. "Hey, I digivolved,to Bobdramon, what a cheesy name, and now, it's time to pay. Fire Square!", yelled Bobdramon. 8 small fireballs flew to Daemon, trapping him in a box, and exploded him away. He digivolved, and walked to A.J. "I guess that I live with you now. Where's the frige. Champions need to eat." Dragomon said. "Excuse me, but I don't think you are a champion." Ken said, as he and Willis walked into the room. Dragomon growled at him. Jenni snickered, and they went home.

Jenni thought about that prophecy. Determination, help, confidence, victory, innocent, evil, unusual, awareness. Which could be A.J.?

Part 10-How'd She Come?

December, and Ken is remembering last year, when he had been in Japan, dealing with all of his problems. Jenni is excited about Christmas, hoping A.J. will give her the Dungeon and Dragons bok she so despreatly wants. Willis has been sick, and hasn't gone to the digital world since A.J. got Dragomon, who keeps eating all of the food in A.J.'s house. Jenni now always buys large chocolate Santa's, because she loves chocolate and loves to annoy Brandy even more. Besides, Hidimon loves it also.

Jenni was planing a trip to the digital world, and wanted Willis to come. He refused. So Jenni, Ken, and A.J. went without him, planning to meet Tai, Kari, Davis, and Yolie there. But there was one small problem. Involving a small girl. If you call Brandy a girl.

Hidimon had transported them there, and Brandy came also. She didn't know how, and nobody could find out if she had ever had a digimoment in her life, except now. Which she found cool.

"How have you been doing this and I didn't know?" she asked Jenni. "Umm, I sleep on the bus, and sometimes, we go on quick trips, just me and Hidimon." Hidimon said. "Leave him out of this." A.J. said. Dragomon tries to eat Hidimon, but she just turns to air and he falls through her. She becomes solid, then stops she said. "Daemon, better not be him. He really gets annoying when he messes with my friends."

"Hey, shouldn't we go to the meeting place?" A.J asked. 9 years of ghosty life. Let's go. It's peaceful, I think.>

They go to the meeting place, and introduce A.J, Dragomon, and Brandy, although the others can't figure out why she came anyway. They set up a picnic, and Dragomon, Agumon and Veemon eat everything. Except..of course, Jenni's chocolate Santa's. They eat.

Then, Hidimon feels the ghost's presence again. It's stronger now, they can almost see it. A small pink thing, with long ears. Agumon first reconizes it as a Koromon. Then Tai and Kari remember the incident 9 years ago, with their digiegg. Hidimon connects Willis's incident with Tai and Kari's. "That's exactly why we are the Lost Digidestined. We connect, but we don't find out until we are found." Jenni said. "Hey! What do you want?" Brandy askes the ghost. SHe grabs some nearby chocalate and throws it to it. The ghost eats it. Tai realizes that the chocolate was his. "Is there any way to bring back a digimon from the dead?" Jenni asks. "I don't believe so, or else this one would, and Wizardmon." Kari replies. Hidimon fills the Lost Digidestined about Wizardmon.

"Let's find a way." says Brandy. She grabs Jenni's digivice, and shows it to the ghost. It flinches, but looks at Brandy herself. Kari gets the idea, and shows the ghost hers also. Jenni grabs her digivice back from Brandy as Tai shows his. The ghost glows, then in a flash of light, speeds away. The kids go home, curious about how Brandy got there, why the ghost appeared, and hungry, because chocolate doesn't fill you up much.

Part 11-Primary Village

Determination, help, confidence, victory, innocent, evil, unusual, awareness. Jenni was thinking about the possible crests again. Help is too basic. Evil is not meant to be a digidestined, and Ken wasn't evil anyway. Hidimon added. It was driving her nuts.

First days of Winter Break, and they were planning to go to Primary Village. Baby digimon always go there, and they wanted to try to ditch Brandy. Nobody knew why she kept coming. She was just too annoying. She drove Ken crazy. And A.J. And Willis. And especially Jenni. Now if only they could stop her. Or give her a digimn that would stop her. Maybe if she had a challenge in school. Even when they tired real digi-portals using Ken's D-3 she still came. Why, they couldn't tell.

Jenni, Ken, Willis, A.J. Brandy, and the 5 digimon went to Primary Village. Jenni fell in love with the invisible train. "It's my train of thought. No wonder I lose it so often. Now, what are we doing here?" They followed the train tracks to a weird house. It was pale green, and once inside, they got lost. Everybody got separated.They all somehow found themsleves in their own type of little class room, just like at school. Hidimon helped convince Jenni that her classroom wasn't here, so she could leave.

When she did, she saw a small girl, dressed in a long fushia robe with a hood. "Follow me to find your friends, then can you help me get out of here? This building is a horrid maze, and it plays tricks on you. It changed me, and I want out. I have things to do, people to see..."she said. "You are just like Brandy. Let's find her first." They walked, and foumd her in a replica of their Chemistry class. Brandy was convinved that it was May, and she was failing. Jenni got her out only by saying she was needed in another class.

Then they found Ken in French, A.J. in Driver's Ed, and Willis in his college English class. Jenni watched him for a while;she was intrested in the class. When they were all free and in the cafeteria, where they didn't want to stay because it had bad food, they asked the small girl how to get out. "If I knew, I'd be gone. My name is Ali, so let's look.

Jenni opened one door, and found a toy store. A.J. closed it on her, and she reopened it. Now it was the Chinese restaurant that next to her house. They kept opening doors, until Brandy found one to Jenni's yard. They went through, and they were out of the maze house. Ali took her robe.

She was really a digimon, a green alien one with a heart shaped head, fushia clothed spacesuit, and hands with blue spots. "Okay, so I'm Ali-mon. Same difference. I got stuck and I rapidly digivolved in two weeks, after your picnic. So now, what should we do? You found me, now what?" she said. "Stop copying Brandy, for one thing. You make me want to eat you." Dragomon said, and did his fireball attack. Alimon countered with her Waterhand attack.

"Stop it now." Brandy yelled, and grabbed Alimon. Dragomon didn't have time to stop, and almost hit Brandy, but Alimon stoped his attack. Then there was a flash of light. Brandy got a purple digivice and D-Terminal. "What?" everybody said, Brandy because she didn't know that now she was digidestined, Alimon because now she had a partner, and everybosy else because they didn't expect it. "Brandy, you are not... you can't be digidestined, you don't have a history or nothing.

"I wanted her, kind of. She was determined to help me, while the rest of you didn't know what to do. She knew nothing, but tried. I liked that, so when brought back to life, I waited for her." Alimon said. Hidimon said. This is nuts. The other kids, when getting their groups, didn't know most of the people well right away. Why me?" Jenni said. "Because, um, like you say, we are lost." Willis said. Ken looked at Brandy and Alimon, smiling sillily, and said "We need to go home. Brandy and Alimon need time to get aquainted, and they keep fighting A.J. and Dragomon." That they were doing. Hidimon sent everybody home. And now, she could control when Brandy wnet to the digital world.

Part 12-Bus Stop Girl

It was January, and with bad weather, rained often. Jenni and Ken didn't like their bus stop, and they didn't go to the digital world very often. Hey just got on the bus, and Jenni slept while Ken talked to Brian and Allen.

Then one day, Pirelli came to their bus stop. She had school, and she was only 10. She didn't belong here. They only knew her because she teased Jenni's brother. She'd stnd there, with her bright purple hair drooping around her face, wearing a pale pikn shirt and a dark purple skirt. She was cute, when not soking wet. And she teased them. About Pokemon, and other things similar to Digimon. It became annoying.

Then, about a week after she started to go to the bus stop, she showed them something. Somehow, she had her own D-Terminal. She didn't know how she got it, and she didn't have a digivice or digimon, and she couldn't remember any diigevents. She had found somethings cool, according to her. When trying to e-mail people, she could click on one of the O people, which she enjoyed, like O-4, which was Izzy. She didn't like the N-1 person, which was Davis. But when she clicked on one of the L people, it lead her to them. So she wanted to know about them. She also found a way to pause time and go to the digital world with the D-Terminal, but she didn't like it. She wanted sombody to help her. They agreed. Next week, they would take her there. But first, they needed to talk to Brandy, Willis, and A.J.

Part 13-Into the Unknown

The next weekend, Willis, Jenni, Ken, A.J., Brandy, and Pirelli went to the digital world.They started out near Primary Village. "You know, I find that this is funny. You may no longer be the shortest Digidestined." Alimon said. "Shut up." Pirelli looked at Brandy. Pirelli was 4"2', while Brandy was 4"5. Ken and Willis were about 4"10, Jenni was 5'2, and A.J. was 5"10'. "Hee hee hee hee hee. We've just so funny. Isn't Brandy a boy name? A.J. is just letters, Kenny and Jenni ising in a tree. Willis really is wierd. Hee hee hee." Pirelli said, laughing. Hidimon said to her.

Pirelli didn't know that Jenni's digimon was an invisible ghost. "Noooooooooooo." she screamed, and ran off. She was faster than the kids, but Dragomon was able to keep up with her. Soon the rest of the kids found her by a gateway to a black field. She was crying snd extremly dirty. "The dragon, he chased me in there, then he got lost. It's bad in there. I could never find my way out." she said. She pulled out a digiegg. "I saw this glowing, and it lead me here. I wanna go home. I don't like bad stuff." she cried again.

"We need to get Dragomon" A.J. said. "No, that monster eats all of the food. Leave it." Brandy said. Alimon agreed. "No, it's our friends, somewhat, We can't leave him in there." Jenni said. Hidimon said. "Brandy, Alimon, stay with her. We need to save him, but not get lost, so Wormmon, leave a web trail behind us."Ken said, and they walked in.

It was pitch black, and they could barely keep track of each other. They wandered for a while, then found him. He was calm, and obeyed the group. But the kids realized they couldn't find their way out of there. The web had disappeared.

Outside, Pirelli held her digiegg, when it hatched. It was Conofamon, a small yellow ball, with purple feather hands, and it fluttered, into the black field. "Nooo. Don't go, we need you to stay. It's bad in there!" Pirelli said, and followed the digimon in, crying. Brandy stood there, thinking. "I got an idea." Alimon said. She started to blast water on the ground, and the black faded. She kept blasting, and soon the group found their way out.

Except Pirelli. She followed the digimon to the opposite side of the field, and she had stopped crying. She tried to talk to her digimon. "You know, I'm not mean. People don't like me. They ignore me, and if they really see me, they treat me like a princess of someting. I wanna be normal. Not a pretty girl, whos mommy is sending her to a fancy smancy camp for the summer. I dyed my hair casue nobody likes me." she mumbeled to herself. "I like you. You are sweet, and try to block bad things from your mind." Conofamon said, then digivolved to Canamon, which was a yellow bird head with wings and purple feathers on the top.

"Hold on" she said, and teleported them out of the black area, back with the group. A pink digivice appeared in her hand. "No way. Not her." Brandy said. Hidimon said. "Prefectly pure? I don't think so." Willis said. "But isn't that similar to innocence, one ot the possible crests? She is one of us. And your full name is..." Jenni asked. "Pirelli Ticony And I'm gonna digi-e-mail you all!"she siad, and started typing.

"She's Mrs. Ticony's daughter? The one who saw us 9 years ago? No wonder. But is there anybody esle who is lost?" Jenni said. Pirelli interupped "Excuse me, but who is L-7 and L-8 temp., and also, who's DE? I don't know who they are."

Part 14-A Return From the Past

It was the end of January, and nobody could figure out who L-7 or L-8 were. Ken had a
weird feeling about DE though. He didn't tell anybody about it;he didn't want it to be
him.One day, Jenni, Brandy, and A.J. went to the digital world. They saw something
unusual, some towers. It was weird, and Jenni began to get the same weird feeling Ken
had been getting.Later that day, Jenni was there alone, and looking at the tower. Tall,
black, and boring, but strangely important. There was nobody nearby; in fact, she hadn't
seen a single digimon other than Hidimon, Alimon and Dragomon. What could it be?
Jenni decided to ask all of the Lost Digidestined about it. She wrote "There's some wierd
towers here, and all of the digimon are missing. Any ideas?"L-1, which was Willis, said
"No idea. You go there more than me."L-2 was herself.L-3 was Ken, and he said "I'll be
there in an hour. Watch out for stuff."L-4 was A.J., who said "The digimon ran from
Dragomon."L-5 was Brandy, and she said nothing;she was babysitting.L-6 was Pirelli,
who wrote "Digimon are missing, umm, did Bobdramon eat them? Umm, towers like
what, the Leening tower of Pizza? Can I come and help eat the Pizza? I'll come soon."L-7
had nothing, but it appeared. It was nobody.L-8, which was also nobody, said "I'm busy. I
don't have time for games. My brother is missing;he's not at home."Jenni was stumped.
Who is L-8? She waited for Ken, who came with Pirelli. "There's no pizza. Just boring
towers." she said. Ken was looking around, surprised. "Who could have done this? I
didn't do it." He looked at Jenni. "Hey, I knew you couldn't have done it. Umm. Is this
DE?" she asked. "Yes, I thought it might have been him, but it's strange because it's not
me" he said, the interrupted by Pirelli who said "Course it's not you, because he's over
there." She pointed to a new tower being built. "Pirelli, stay here, watch Canamon, and
tell the others to come, now is best." Jenni said, then she ran towards the tower with Ken,
Hidimon, and Wormmon.They stayed hidden at the top of a hill, shielded by Hidimon,
and watched. It was the Digimon Emperor, with digimon slaves and Control Spires and
everything. "How can this be? I'm not him, but I was." Ken asked to Jenni, but she was
gone. She was running to him, yelling "Stop." WHen she was in front of him, she said,
"You need to stop this, whoever you are, because this is wrong. Now don't make me have
to get all my friends here, I just want you to go away. Go be a normal kid. Grow up. The
digital world is not for one person to own, so you can't control it. Please." she waited. He
looked at her, then told a nearby Gekomon to take her prisoner. it wasn't Ken's voice. The
Gekomon threw a rope, but Hidimon deflected it. Ken ran down the hill, and grabbed
him. "Stop this. You aren't me." He let go. A dust flew through the air. Hidimon protected
herself. Jenni and Ken couldn't hear her. They were memorized; somehow this new Digimon Emperor
had created a way to control humans, and now he had Jenni and Ken. Hidimon ran to
Pirelli, teleported her home, and didn't tell anybody.

Part 15-A Friend From Nowhere

Jenni and Ken continued their lives. Hidimon hid from them, and didn't take anyone to
the digital world. Nobody could tell any difference from them, and when they
disappeared, nobody could find them. Kne had gotten mail that his parents, for no reason,
thought Sam, his brother, was alive.Pirelli told Kenny, Jenni's brother, everything. No he
wanted a digimon. He could tell his sister was weird.Pirelli decided it was time to go back
and look at those towers again in February. Using the D-Terminal, she brought Willis,
Brandy, and A.J. They went looking, before Hidimon would catch them. They found a
cave, near where Ken had stoped being the Digimon Emperor, a year ago. They went
inside, carefully watching. Willis and A.J. knew what had happened when Ken had been
the Digimon Emperor, and told Brandy a little. Pirelli couldn't handle it, so they didn't tell
her. They found a large chamber, where they saw the Digimon Emperor, typing on a
computer. Ken was cleaning the floor. said
Hidimon. Ken looked up, and said "Sir, you have company" The digimon Emperor
looked at them, and threw the dust. Hidimon created a shield to protect them. Jenni
walked in from the kitchen. She stared at them, and dropped the food. Ken cleaned it up.
The Digimon Emeror said "Hum. WHat are you doing here? Strange that you aren't
effected. I'll have to fix that. Jenni, Ken, take them prisoner."All of a sudden, a boy fell
from the air. He landed in the dust, which stired it up. ALimon blasted it away from the
boy, hitting Jenni and Ken also. "Hey, watch it. This is my good shirt. The only one that
doesn't have any soccer grass stains." said the boy. He got up. He had copper hair, a blue
shirt that said CHAMPS, black pants, and brown shoes. "Brian!" Brandy yelled. It was the
boy who was on the soccer team with her and Ken. "Brandy. blahh. A.J., Hey." He said,
then looked at Ken. he ran to him. "Hey, what are you doing being a zombie? sholdn't you
be useful, like practicing or something." "He is my servent, he will not listen to you." the
Digimon Emperor said, annoyed at the boy. Brian ran up to him, saw his pot of dust, and
dumped it on him. "Hah! Don't tell my friends what to do, they's already nuts. A normal
person does a normal thing, and its normal, like a crazy person doing a crazy thing is
normal, but have a normal person do a crazy thing, or a crazy person do a crazy thing, and
that's crazy. I'm crazy, and I do crazy things, and what am I? I'm,umm, Brian." he said.
"Yeah!" yelled Pirelli, and she ran to Brian. "Help Jenni, she cooks yucky, and her
chocolate is a month old." They ran to Jenni and Ken, who were starting to wake up. "The
dust. I'm sleepy." Jenni whispered. "My parents. Sam." Ken said. Jenni and Ken fell
asleep. A.J., Willis and Brian carried them out of the cave. Brandy followed, and Pirelli
did, until she ran back in. She came out saying "The bad guy, I saw him fade away. He
turned to dust." Hidimon said Jenni and Ken were waking up. "Brian, why are you here?" Jenni
asked. "Uhh, Je ne sais pas, in french. I don't know. A guy at the appaerment, the first
stop on our bus, his name is Gateau Wazumi, he zapped me with something, and poof,
here I am. Now can wa go back?" Brian said. A D-Terminal. appeared in his hand, but no
digivice. "Weird." Jenni said. Pirelli said " Weirder than me and Brian?" They didn't
listen to her.

Part 16-Gateau Wazumi

The next day, Jenni and Ken met Gateau Wazumi. He was a 15 year old boy wiht dusty
blond hari wearing a black hat, purple jersey over a white shirt, and kacki pants. His
father was from Japan, his mother from France, and in Fench, gateau means cake. Jenni
saw this as funny. He was silly, knew all about digimon, and what happened in Japan 5
years ago and last year. Ken didn't like that. Then Brian walked up and said "Uh, what are
ya doing?" Gateau Wazumi walked away and Jenni glared at Brian madly. Hidimon asked.
"Sure. He seems weird. Come on, who on Earth names thier kid 'cake'?" They were puzzled by
this.

Part 17-Girl Time

The next day, Brandy came over to Jenni's house. She didn't get to often, because she
lived 15 minutes away by bike and her parents didn't like her going that far, even if she's
17. They played Pokemon Puzzle League, which Jenni is really good at. "My birthday's
coming up. What should I do?" Hidimon suggested. She had to
be invisible and talk psychicly because she was hiding from Kenny. "Uh, no. Something
fun. How about pizza again. Even if Kenny, Pirelli, and some of Kenny's friends come,
like Ponce." Jenni said. "Please not him." Brandy said. Okay, let's make a list. You, me,
Kenny, he'll whine if we don't invite him, Ken, A.J., Jessie, Allen, Ross, Brian, Not Mr.
Cake..."Jenni said. "Who's Mr. Cake?" Brandy asked. She had taken Spanish instead of
French. “Gateau Wazumi. I glares at me, as if I know something that I shouldn’t.”Jenni
said. Hidimon
said. “And what’s wrong with that? Come on, he can’t be all that bad?"Brandy said as
she stood up and turned on the CD player, and clicked it to Shuffle mode. “Legs getting
tired, losing to you."Brandy said, annoyed. “Hey, I’m great at this game, at lease. I ammy
family’s Puzzle Master. Still can’t beat Mewtwo on the final stage though. Drives me
nuts, Hidimon, can you help me? Jenni asked. “Please, the analogies. I stink at them. I study my book, and I still
stick. I skip 60 percent."Jennni said. She grabbed her controller and started a new game.
“Hey, wait for me!"Brandy said, and tried to catch up. The CD player clicked to song 17,
the strange song, since songs 13-17 don’t have names. “Okay, Brian’s okay, and Oh, now
I remember Gateau Wazumi. He’s in JROTC, and those two are on the list for boot
camp.”Brandy said. “I’m still going as reporter, right?”Jenni asked. Brandy was almost in
charge of their school’s JROTC program, and was going to boot camp also. “Yeah, and
A.J. too. No kissing though. And I’ve heard rumors that Ken’s going too. But since this is
in April and it’s barely March now don’t worry. "Brandy said. “But how can Gateau go if
he has no history, as Hidimon said?"Jenni asked. “”We just know.”Brandy replied Hidimon
said.”Brian. He’s almost digidestined, isn’t he? I got an idea, let’s look at that prophecy
thingy and see if he applies.”Jenni said. She grabbed her backpack, which was always full
of stuff. she found it and read two lines. “’Confident in victory. While unusually aware."
Ha. which of these applies to A.J. and which is to Brian?”Jenni asked. “Hmm. I’d say
Brian is unusual, even if good at soccer.He’s aware. A.J’s confident, I guess.”Brandy
said. “Oh, like the time in Dungeons and Dragons when he was Gideon and was not
going on the boat. He was so confident that he could not be put on that boat.”Jenni said.
“Yeah, becasue of you, Seraphina. He’s tired of you chasing him. I’m tired of you hating
me. Why do you like Roslin instead of Angel, me?”Brandy asked. Hidimon said. “Uh,
okay.”said the girls. They started a new game. The CD player clicked to song 7. “This
song reminds me of boot camp., huh?"Jenni asked Brandy. “I’m gonna win!"Brandy
yelled. Hidimon made herself visible and sat on the sofa. Kenny, Pirelli and Ponce
walked in. Ponce is a small, 8 year old neighborhood boy who loves Jenni and Hates
Brandy. Pirelli saw Hidimon, and sat in front of her. Kenny grabbed the controller from
Brandy and made her lose again. Ponce sat in Jenni’s lap and hugged her "Hi Jenni." he
said. Then he saw Brandy, said "Ugg" and grabbed Pirelli’s hand and left. Hidimon asked herself.

Part 18-Pirelli's Digi Picnic

The kids went along with their normal lives, and by March, had almost forgotten how
Gateau Wazumi was involved with the digital world. He was just a normal kid with an
unusual name, who talked funny and loved to say “Je ne sais pas, pourquoi?" which
meant I don’t know, why? Pirelli and Ponce found his house, and annoyed him, so now
Pirelli said “Jenni says Pa Parka!”Hididmon didn’t forget the digital strangeness about
him though. She kept telling Jenni, but she innored her. She also had to hid often, becasue
she was worried about Kenny seeing her, or one of his friends, like Ponce. Hidimon thought to herself. She decided that she needed to
talk to the group about it, so she took them to the digital world. She told Pirelli to have a
picnic, and she packed lots of food, including chocolate, and begged for Dragomon not to
come.When there, nobody paid attention to the picnic part of the trip. The boys decided to
play soccer, but Willis quit and ate all the chocolate. Ken kept stealing the ball, and Brian
didn’t pay attention to him, and got knocked down. A.J. Didn’t care and didn’t try to do
anything. Hidimon thought that was intresting, but not good. Pirelli decided to go
exploring, since WIllis was eating, and found a small lake. She jumped in, and Brandy
followed. “I’m gonna swim arcoss and find new stuff"Pirelli said. “Nah, I’ll never make
it across, so I’ll stay her and annoy Jenni."Brandy replied. Hidimon complained to Jenni. “Hey, nobody wants to be
together forever. I’m going swimming, enjoy myself before I have to swim with people
who enjoy splashing."Jenni said, and floated away. Hdidmon now was concerned. Jenni
never wanted friends to be apart. She tried to peek into the future, but couldn’t. She could
never do that when she wanted to, just when busy with other people or when talking
about something else.Jenni floated away, then she tried to go across the lake, which
Pirelli had given up on and was now wandering in the nearby forest. This summer, she
would be working at a sumer day camp, with kids all day long, including Kenny and
Ponce, but no Pirelli, and had swimming for 2 hours each day. She had hear Ken was
planing to go to Japan fo the summer, so she’s be almost alone. Brandy would most likely
want to get a summer job or go to summer school. She heard Brandy screaming, and
assumed that one of the boys wasbugging her. Then she bumped into something. She was
on the other side, so she got up, and saw it was Gateau Wazumi. "Hey, you don’t belong
here, you aren’t digidestined, i dink, but ya could be useful."he said as he reached into
his pocket. “Hidimon, where are you?"Jenni yelled, and ran into the water. Hidimon was
almost always around, unless, she was thinking, which meant that she was troubled about
something, which meant danger for the group. Jenni began to swaim when it was chest
deep, and swam past Alimon, who said, "Hurry, I’ll try to help, he got Brandy also.
Alimon did her Waterhand attack, but it disappeared. Gateau Wazumi was suddenly in
front of Jenni. “Hah, ya can’t beat me, even with a borrowed digimon."he said, then
touched Jenni with his magic wand, and she fell asleep.

Part 19- A Ghost of a Chance

When Jenni woke up, she was in a a tube reaching to the ceiling, like what aliens would
use. She saw Brandy and Pirelli asleep in tubes also, 5 feet away from her. She saw an
empty tube. They were in some sort of lab, with large computers and strange machines.
Then she saw Gateau Wazumi. "What are you doing? Let us go now!" she yelled. "Uh,
no. Ya see, I need you, or at least part of you. This part of you is your normal
conscienceous, with crest self. Your 'body' is with your friends. In a few weeks, it'll get a
disease or someping and die, but dat's not important, nor is worrying bout how your
friends will see you, you'll just seem normal, like lately, without your crests. Your friends
don't completely got theirs, but they're just loosened. I'll leave it dat way. I need 3 crest
selves, and a body, to finally come back." Gateau Wazumi said.Brandy and Pirelli were
starting to wake up. "Canamon?" Where are you?" Pirelli cried, then sat on the floor and
started crying. Brandy began to kick the tube. "Brandy, stop, we gotta get outta here,
we're like sacrifices and we need to stop him from finding another person." Jenni said to
her. "Yeah, I heard that last bit he said. What'd he mean by coming back?" Brandy asked.
"Hey, Hidimon will notice that we aren't normal. Then she'll save us." Jenni yelled to
Gateau. "Ha. She'll just see fuzzyness." he said "Like when she looked at you. All she
could really see was digihistory, mainly Kari and Gatomon when Wizardmon died." Jenni
said. "Uh, there's a reason for dat, which I ain't telling ya." Pirelli had stoped crying and
said "Gatomon and Gateau Wazumi are funny, they're almost the same." "Gato is cat in
Spanish" Brandy said. Jenni began talking, "And gateau, spelled g-a-t-e-a-u, is cake in
french, and no logical person names their kid cake, although I heard a story about a girl in
France that was born on a Tuesday, so she was named Mardi. Ummmm. Gateau is a
shortcut from Gato, which is what you really wanted, huh. You aren't a real kid." Jenni
decided.Pirelli began to say "Wazumi, Wazumi, Wazumi, Wazumi, Wazumi, Wazumi,
Wazumi, Wa-zu-mi. What a funny name. It's so freaky funny. Jenni says Pa Parka." "It's
'je ne sais pas, pourquoi." Jenni and Gateau said at the same time. Jenni thought about
how Pirelli said. "It's almost like Wizardmon. Hmm." Jenni said quietly. Gateau said "It
don't matter, cause I'm summoning Brian now." "You're, you're, gonna try to come back
to life? You're using us to come back to life? Couldn't you go to Primary Village?"
Brandy said. Pirelli began to say "La la la la la la la," ignoring them. "No, I'd become a
digiegg, and be a baby. Ha, no way. I spend a year developing the talent of becoming a
human, and now, I'm gonna keep it, and as a digimon, be alive. Then I can see Gatomon
and Kari again." he said. Brandy said, "But you're 15 and she's 12. You messes up. I'm 17,
I'd never date a 14 year old, a freshmen in high school, when I'm a junior." "Yeah, well, I
told'em I'd come in da summer, I'll keep my promise." He typed something into the
computer, then steped away and spun around twice. He turned into Wizardmon, as a
ghost.Brian appeared in the empty tube. "Ahh! A ghost. With the same wand thingy that
Gataeu Wazumi has. You're him, huh?" Brain said. Brandy said "Ya, harder to find out
from his other angle. We gotta get away. Long story short, he's gonna kill us to come back
to life." Jenni noticed something glowing in Brian's pocket."Throw what's in your
pocket!" Jenni yelled. He grabbed it, peeked at it, then threw it at Wizardmon. It shattered
the glass tube and hit Wizardmon. He looked at it and said "A gold digivice? No way,
That'd mean he's digidestined or someping?" Pirelli said "Monkey see, monkey do." and
touched the glass with her digivice, and the glas shattered. Jenni and Brandy did also,
while Brandy said "Don't know who's the monkey though." Pirelli began to digi-email
people. Brandy ran to Brian. "What. How can I get a digivice? Why'd that happen?" He
walked up to Wizardmon and grabbed his digivice. A.J., Ken, Willis, Hidimon, and
copies of Jenni, Brandy, and Pirelli appeareded in the room by the wall, away from the
rest of them. Ken looked at them, then started to look at the machines. A.J. ran to Jenni,
then stood by Brandy, ready to fight, even without Dragomon. Willis sat down, and the
copies of the girls did too.
Hidimon said, then went to Jenni. she started to
say. "Hey, Hidimon, wake up and pay attention, please." Jenni said. "Ah! Wizardmon?
What's he doing here?" Hidimon said, so shocked she didn't say it psychicly."No! I will
not have it end this way!" Wizardmon yelled. With his staff, he used his Thunder Ball
attack at Jenni. Brandy, Brian, and Pirelli weren't close enough to be in the way. "Ah!"
Jenni yelled, ducked, digivice in hand. There was a bright white flash. "Wow." the others
said. Jenni looked up, and Hidimon was gone, replaced by a tall girl with short black
hair,wearing a colored dress with long sleeves, a magnifying glass and a belt of small
bottles. "Wha.. Oh, I digivolved, I guess. Oh no, I still have long sleeves, so unfair, and
Um, my name's Alomamon." she said. Wizardmon's attack hit her magnifying glass and
disappeared. Jenni stood up and looked at Alomamon. She was her height, and Jenni
noticed a purple glow in one of the small bottles. "Hey, I wonder." Jenni said, then threw
the bottle at Wizardmon. It was his own Thunder Ball attack, and it hit him. "Cool, you
like, copied his attack. Let's see what else you got." Jenni began to look at the bottles. "
Hm. This may be good. Hey Wizardmon, Blast from the past!" she yelled, and threw the
bottle. It landed, and released Angewomon's Heaven's Charm attack. It did a number of
things. First, Wizardmon glowed, then some grey cloud floated away from him. Second,
Jenni, Pirelli, and Brandy's crest selves fusedwith their bodies. Last, the boys glowed a
slight bit, which must have been their crests returning to normal also."Boy, I love it when
we save the day, huh team?" Alomamon said, before going back to Hidimon. Jenni ran up
to where Brandy and A.J. were and hugged them. Ken and Willis walked over to where
their friends were, and Pirelli looked around, then sat down and knitted something purple.
Brian was still by Wizardmon, who spun around and turned into Gateau Wazumi. "You
don't have to hide anymore, especially with what just happened." Brian said to him.
Gateau Stuck his tounge out at him. Pirelli saw that, and began to poke him. "Hey, that
attack did something to him." Willis said. "There's someping ya'll needa know. come
outside." Gateau said, then walked out of the door. They followed. They were in Primary
Village. "Hey, if you're a ghost and it'd change you to a digiegg, then why's your
headquarters here?" Brandy asked. "It was to help, like good luck. Some creepy kid told
me that. And I can be here as Gateau Wazumi, a living human, but as Wizardmon, a
ghost, I'd go back. "Why don't you find a way." Brandy suggested. "Huh?" Brian and
Gateau said at the same time. "Digimon never really die." Willis said. "Yes, they can
come back if they want to." Ken added. Hidimon said, then fell
down. "Gateau Wazumi, if you're Brian's digimon, find some way to help." A.J. said.
"Hey I only went that way because of the creepy boy, he gave the instuctions to come
back. Even how to be human, even though I had been working on it for 8 months by then.
He made me feel back, and now I want to help you. I'm sorry. Call me Wazumi, not
Gateau, becasue it's wierd, like you said, Jenni. I want to continue this fake life I've had. I
like school, I like helping you guys. Hey, maybe I'll eventually like Ponce." He said. "If
you ever really like him, then you're crazy." Brandy said. "Hey, he's cute." Jenni
interupeted. "Yeah. He's my boyfriend" Pirelli said.They stoped bickering because
Wazumi and Brian's digivice started to glow, then stoped. "Typical. Cool, but
predictible." Jenni said. "What?" Pirelli asked. "What she means is that we have learned
that the digital world seems to give you want. They wanted Wazumi to be alive, and he
is." Ken explained. "Oh." she said, and started kniting again. "If Im, alive, then, then the
digital world listened to what we wanted. Wazumi said. "Can we go home, I forgot why
we came. Glad we did, but why?"Jenni asked. Hidimon said. "No. He'll bother me, tease me, and Ponce will also. Not
him. Also, He's in Taekwondo, and he'll use Jump Frnot Kicks or Round Kicks or
something." Pirelli complained. Then she used her D-Terminal and sent them all home.
Jenni and Ken appeared at Ken's house. "Boy, Pirelli can ruin a good important moment,
huh." Jenni asked. "She's only 10, like Kenny." Ken replied. "Yeah. But remember what
Hidimon had mumbeled about. I've been writing down the wird things she says. From the
begining, when she said Miss Purple and Miss Short, she meant Pirelli with her purple
hair, and Brandy, who's 17 and barely taller. They became digidestined, and Hidimon had
predictied them before A.J. got his digimon." Jenni explained. "Yes, she does predict
well. But she still has said things that havent happened, like the boy who created a
digimon. Who is he?" Ken asked. They had no clue, and Hidimon didn't remember what
he was like at all.

Part 20-Dimensional Tricks ((Part A))

It was now the early weeks of April, and the kids were now going on their trip with their
school’s JROTC program to leadership camp. Brandy was almost in charge. Jenni was the
school reporter. A.J. Ken, Brian, and Wazumi, as he was now known around school, were
going on the trip also. Willis somehow was going, although he never really told his
friends why he could go. Pirelli complained that she couldn’t go, but she was only a kid,
and went to a totally different school, with Kenny and Ponce.But went they went, she had
hidin the storage area. It was a 5 hour drive there, to the military base, and nobody could
figure out how she snuck on, or why she’d come. Jenni had a feeling Canamon, with her
teleportation ablitites, was involved.Her mom said she should stay, since she was out of
town anyway.They got to do lots of fun things at camp, like different obstical courses,
reppeling of towers, races, but alsohad bad things also, like getting up at 5 am and going
to bed at 10pm, exercise in the morning, and yucky food for lunch. Pirelli couldn’t do
anything fun, she was just too young;Ken had barely been old enough. On the second to
last day, there was a big dance, and with the exception of Brian and Wazumi, none of the
friends were having fun. Correction, Pirelli was having fun teasing the dancing teenagers,
but she got boredwith that decided that she should teleport everybody to the digital world,
which she did. They appeared in a big field. Jenni noticed a fuzzy area, like a dust cloud.
Hidimon appeared, and tried to study the fuzzyness, which was growing, when A.J.
said”Oh well, worth a try. Die with honor,"and walked in. Jenni closed her eyes and
walked in after him. Everybody else followed them. ...new>Hidimon said to herself, and went in.When
Jenni opened her eyes, she saw Brandy. “Hey, we’re okay."Jenni said, then sat down and
looked around at the empty field in front of them. Pirelli began crying, not the normal
crying she usually did, but not as mature, if you can say Pirelli is mature. Wazumi walked
up to Jenni and said “Somethings not right. Look around."Hey, you’re normal, and
Brandy is, although I don’t think she’s changed one bit in the last 4 years I’ve known her.
“Jenni said. “I heard that."Brandy qiuckly said. “Hey, my Gateau Wazumi form is just an
image, an illusion. Je ne suis pas n’e. Never born. Wazumi told her. “Good thing you told
me what you said, because I don’t know what you said. Hey there’s a boy on that hill over
there."Jenni said. “Cool. Hey, you take french, how can you not know what I said. Just
simple negative past tense with the etre verb."He said. Jenni looked closer at the boy. He
wore brown clothes and had a huge digimon. A.J walked up to Jenni and said, “This place
is so messed up, everybody’s crazy. Even you. Not Brandy, but she’s always crazy."“stop
being funny, cause you ain’t."Wazumi said. Jenni looked around. “Hmm. They are
different. I’d like to see how I look. Brandy’s not, but she’s been the same way for 4 or 5
years. Jenni said. “Yeah, 5 years. We’re 5 years younger. With the exception of Brandy
and Wazumi, the kids looked like they were, well, kids.Pirelli was 5, no wonder she was
crying, and not the same. Willis was 8, and not really worried. Ken was 7, talking to
Brian, who was 9. Jenni, A.J., and Brandy were 12. “Oh no. Please not 12. I don’t want to
be 12. People teased me. Not good.No wonder I didn't know what he said in french. I
hadn't been in french yet."she said. A.J. went to joke with Brandy, and Willis walked up
to her, saying, “This is my 3rd time being 8. First time was natural, second was when
Cocomon was trying to get help, and now."Brian walked around them, complaining
“This stinks. My digimon’s older than me. By the way, guys, I was a very negative 9 year
old, and 10, and 11, and 12. 13 was when I started to be good at sports. “Brian said. A.J
started complaining also. “Rats. I was 10, not 12 when I started getting migrains. If It was
before, maybe I could get my brain zapped."he said. “Oh, be quiet."Brandy said to him.
“Jenni. That digiman closer, and he scary. Save me. Don’t let him eat me."Pirelli said,
hiding behind her. The boy, who looked about 14 now, was within talking range, his
digimon was luckily not.“Hey, kid. What’cha doing here?"Wazumi said, being the oldest
for once. “How’d you get in the digital world?"Ken asked carefully, hiding by Jenni,
who was by A.J. Willis was alone, and Brandy was babying Pirelli. Brian stood by
Wazumi. “I was going to ask you the same thing. I’m the only kid here for a while, and
why would you want to come here without digimon anyway. It’s dangerous.”he said. “Do
I know you?”Ken asked, now hiding behind A.J. “We have digimon. They just aren’t
here, I guess."Brandy said. “Huh, no, I’ve been here for a while. then in the real wold,
then somewhere else. And your digimon should be here. You guys are too young to be
here without them."the boy said. “Hey, where are our digimon? Can’t we call them here
or something?"Brian asked, then kicked some dirt. He kicked a rock, which hurt his foot.
he sat down, held his foot, then kicked it with his other foot. “I’ve had Terriermon and
Cocomon since I was 4. They’re most likely at home, safe."Willis said. “Gobble gut
Dragomon and quiet little Alimon weren’t even existing back here. I asked Dragomon,
he’s 3. We know Alimon wasn't born, she's a ghost still from 9 years ago."A.J. said.
“You still ain’t funny. I’m here, so there’s your answer, Brian."Wazumi said. “Canamon
had just been born when Pirelli got her. Jenni, how about you?”Brandy asked, holding
Pirelli. “Um, if Hidimon was alive, she was hiding from me. I was a crybaby back
then.”Jenni said. A.J. and Brian started snickering, and Jenni started to get upset. “Yo,
Kenny boy. How about you?"Wazumi asked. “He’s not Kenny. Kenny’s only 5.”Jenni
whimpered. “Um.. Hm. If this is before my trip, which was after I got my digivice so
Hidimon existed, then I didn’t have him. But still, I know this boy from somewhere."Ken
said quietly. “Hey, ever meet a boy in the digital world. Ever?"Wazumi rudely asked the
boy. "Um, maybe. Yes, with the orange dino?"the boy said. “Agumon. no. The only one
that would be with a kid would be Tai’s."Ken said, puzzled, and sad, remembering what
he had done with Tai’s Agumon. “So he knows you somehow, and knows Tai, but lives
in the digital world, which isn’t the right area and is messed up too? Like in a different
dimemsion. Wierd. not fair. I’m confused."Jenni said.

The boy said, "You remind me of
this 17 year old girl, um, Jasmine, who acts similar to you, and is nuts about this Parallel
Universe Theory. Like there’s a parallel digital world and real world, which I try to ignore
and froget."the boy said. “Other dimension? Are you serious?"Brandy asked. “Yeah. I’n
the Real World here, I’m a famous card expert. In the other Real World, I’m normal. "the
boy said. “um, I should introduce my friends."Jenni said, then pointing to them quickly
in a circle, "Willis, Brandy, Pirelli, Me Jenni, Brian, Wazumi, A.J. and Ken.”“Jenni, this
is nuts. Let’s go home. Maybe the dance is better than this."Brandy suggested. “I don’t
want to go until I remember. Besides, the dance is dull."Ken replied. Jenni started to talk
while spinning in a circle. “Well, if it was when you had your digivice, then I had
Hidimon hiding from me, and I had tossed my digivice at you though the computer, and
you may have gotten that dark spore thingy that made you nutsy cookoo."Jenni finished,
then fell down on the ground, exhasted. The boy looked at her, then she sat up and yelled
“Hidimon!!!"Pirelli stood up, ran around the group and yelled Hidimon. “Hm, you had a
digiadventure at some time?"the boy asked Ken, still hiding behind A.J. “Yeah. "Ken
replied. Hidimon’s voive came though everybody’s head. She became solid, held
Pirelli in the air and privately asked her She
asked the group, "Hey, why are you all so young?"Ken looked at the boy. Hey, you were
that boy with me 5 years ago."Ken realized. “Hey, how’d that digimon know my name
when she doesn’t know me, and you did at one time, and you didn’t know my name?"
Ryo asked.“That’s my digimon. She’s crazy, but I’ll be nice, since I didn’t have her now.
She’s mega psychic. She’s not as nuts as Wazumi."Jenni said. Wazumi started to chase
Jenni, but she was tired, and only 12, a time when she hated sports, and Wazumi was 15,
so he caught her and tickled her. "And the fly catches the , uh, fly. “A.J. said. “He’s right.
You still are not funny."Ryo said. “This is nuts."Jenni mumbles. “I’ve been to all four
dimensions that I know of. Your real world and digital world, and this world"real world
and digital world. “Ryo said. “So why are we kids. I wanna know."Brian said. “Um, you
probably came through a portal. They don’t carry all of the information."Ryo said. “Not
fair. When I was nine, I broke my leg playing soccer. "Brian complained. “Oh yeah.
Kenny started going to school when I was 12. Then I went to junior high school. Life is
good. "Jenni said, smilling for the first time since realizing the age problem. “I want
Canamon. I’m hungry and I’m tired and I wanna go home."Pirelli said. she tried to use
her D-Terminal, and it didn’t work. She began to cry again. “We should find a way
home."Willis said, and started to walk away. Brandy and Pirelli followed, then Ken,
Wazumi, Brian, and A.J. Jenni waited a bit and talked to Ryo, her fears of being 12 gone.
“Hey, I’m really 17, not 12. Not fair."she said, kicking the same rock Brian did. “You
really need to get home. It’s dangerous here, and I say that from experience. But I want to
know, how much do people know about digimon?”Ryo asked. “um, You may know about
the attacks 5 years ago. Well, there were problems last year. Now, um, well, people know,
but it’s still a mystery. Nobody completely likes the idea, unless you’re a kid."Jenni
explained. “Well here, People know, they think it’s all a game. Digimon’s popular with
kids as a game and stuff, but not really real yet."Ryo responded. They ran to catch up
with the rest of the group, where they had found a portal. They went back to the dance.
Jenni sat down, thankful to be 17 again. "Another good thing was I started to go to 7-11
to get stuff. Can’t wait to go home and relive this.”Jenni thought to herself. 12 the first time.
