Just for fair warning, I tend to think too much, and this is cranky Jenni thinking. So, it's very tombeish yet not...
After, I don't know how many, months of being too busy with this or that, I keep just thinking that all of the stupid work I keep putting into the info site is getting to be pointless. Except for the background page, I don't know what else it's good for. Profiles are easier to check in their application. Rules have to be checked there, but who looks at those besides a cranky whiny Jenni who keeps questioning how everything here is just getting out of control. Then, the digimon guide...at first it was just a list of what digimon existed, but that was mainly to refer back to the original profiles, and i couldn't even do that right. Now with Kazami working on things and making it better, I'm wondering if people are tyring to complicate things.
It's almost unfair how there are some people who are way too far above the others, and I'm not sure how that happened, but it's not fair for the newer people, which practically counts as everybody since there are too many people who don't get any real respect or attention. Then there's all the IM fighting and stuff that just drives all of us apart since people get too cranky at others.
Then I keep trying to figure out how to make the rpg into a more normal story format, but a lack of informattion keeps preventing me from doing that. But part of htat is my problem since i can't even figure out what to rename Jenni to.
I keep getting further and further behind in spriting, partally due to school, but also because of too much posting and conspring and probelms solving which then turns aroudn the next day and is a bigger probelm. some sprites i have no idea how to do and then i don't get enoguh info. But like everything else, i keep thinking it's my responsiblity to do that since i had always done that before and want everything to be perfect, and for everyone, and i mean everyone, at DF happy. Since i keep seeing problems and wanting to blame them on me and my bad planning or something, or maybe i'm just beign too picky and wanting everything to be perfect to make everyone have fun and not have to worry about things. I keep wondering if there is any point to this, since i have no idea how people feel about it, or what they think should be changed, or anything.
Now, by this point, if you aren't interested in signing a petition to ban the tombeish admin who's trying to control everything, then does anyone have suggestions on how to make things better?

I totally agree Jenni! And no no one is gonna ban u and no its not your fault this is going on. Now as your assistant admin I will take care of all the problem solving and deal with issues and change them as I see fit! from now if they can not be resolved CIVILY and not argumentatively on here or IM, and if I dont see change in the following areas:
1. Team work
2. Rivalveries with in the group personally in the rpg or on the IM need to be stopped IMMEDIATELY
3. Over competitivness needs to be stopped
4. Trying to gain more power through differnt things just to become more powerful or look better than the rest. Needs to be Toned down or stopped completely
5. And All and I mean ALL Peoples characters in this RPG need to sart being treated Equally ASAP!
I as assistant admin state those and I do not want to hear any arguments about "oh that isnt happening or this yada yada." This is what I have seen and this is what needs to be changed and the Head Admin would more than likely agree. So I dont want to hear any counter statements to this, because these words from now on are Final.
I hate to do it but some things have gotten out of control and it needs to be fixed amongst yourslefs or as I said I will do it myself.
As for suggestions Ill let you know over IM when we talk. He he conspiring time WEEH!

Heh. Should have locked the thread if ya were done with it...
As for the first part, the work you put into the info site is for the NEW people. When I first joined, I read over much of the stuff on the site, just so I knew what was happening, and who was who and such. Without, I would had to navigate the rp and find important stuff. So would say its TOTALLY useless. Just to old members.
Well, thats a reward. Members that are on longer get to be more powerful, and more important. Newer people have to work there way up. You can't expect someone who just joined to jump in and have 2 ultimate digimon. It takes time.
Can't help ya there. Sorry. Why not rename Jenni...to...Jenni? >_>
Then you should take your time! Nobody is rushing you. The sprites can definatly wait. Something to keep in mind is that everyone here pretty much is happy. I am ahppy just RPing. It doesn't take a fancy sprite to make me happy. You shouldn't worry about us worring. So what if someone thinks that the background should be changed to green? Why should you cater to ever whim from members? You an admin. What you say, goes. If you want an oppinion, we will give it. I am sure everyone will be fine as long as we get to RP.
Ban? Pfft. Its not you who needs to be banned. The only suggest I can think of now is to take your time, and not to worry about us. The sprites won't have to be done until this RP ends, and the next one begins. So I wouldn't worry about it. Your trying to control everything? Hm...Must not have noticed it.
Then again, I am new and don't get respect. ;D

I would like to add my two sence worth.
As for power, you will notice I use it in a plot purpose, and put it away. I, without admins asking, placed weaknesses on sephiromon, despite his power. So bassically, I am saying is, others should follow suit there. Like Deragon, if he gets a powerhouse like that, great, but he should do as I have. And more weaknesses will show their faces as time goes by, more restrictions. "With power comes responsibility." SO bassically, I dont think gaining power over time like that should be a problem, so long as its done properly, and that power is not abused. That is just my opinion.
As for rivalries, I agree they must come to a complete stop EMIDIATELY. SO I agree 100% with pika there.
As for the fights, I also agree they must stop. This is getting rediculous. I myself am tired of it. That is why I am going to say this: If you have a problem with me, PM me here about it ASAP and get it over with. It needs taken care of, and put to an end.
And jenni, this is not just a rant, its a good point, though I would like to state that I have actually tried not to complicate things on you. That said. ALL of my sprites can now be treated as absolute last resort. Take care of them LAST. That should help you find time for other stuff. I dont NEED sprites right now. I do have a bio with physical description. (felicia is in the making.....) anyway, I am doing all I can at the moment, but I am limited by time as well.
As for equal treatment, Kyle is right, new ppl have to climb the ladder. Kazami has. He is already close to matching me and deragon, (I dont mean post count, I mean the role the chars are taking) besides, there have to be background chars. SOMBODY has to play them. That is what Felicia is going to be, I decided to have a couple of background ppl who dont ammount to much. Kyle could climbe the ladder pretty easy if he tried. Kazami dont even have mega post count, yet is pretty much where deragon was when I got here.
As for getting respect or being listened to as a Player or the player char, we do respect them, and listen to them.....when they up and actually try to state their opinions. Look at Sephiromon. It was Kazami that caused me to bugg you ppl about using the sensor system to change his name, to fit tradition properly. Kazami did that, not one of the top five. SO we are listening to them, its just that they needed to RP a while to get thier CHARS up to snuff. Kyle COULD take the next one or two steps up right now if he wanted to, I know a long while back he already had champ post count, yet did not bother to gain champ. He chose to do that. Also, its not that we dont listen, its that Kyle, along with some of the other new players, dont tell us our opinion. Kyle did just now, finally, and I agree. And I myself ask everybody, EVEN DERAGON, to listen to him.
Right Kyle?
As for banning, dont even suggest that, jenni. THis place would fall appart without you, most likly. You are doing just fine, dont worry yourself so hard about it.
As for the daily updates, you COULD require that ppl keep you up to date on the basics of what happened to their chars over the RP day. The daily updates only need basics anyway.

I agree totally with all of your comments thus far.
except your comment Shayde on the respecting others issue.
First a comment on the Power thing. I agree with your comment totlly Kyle, but that wasnt meant for the newere people, I do believe they should work their way up. As for those who do Have Power, your power now is powerful enough you do not need to go voer board to make your char or digimon stronger. And I dont want to Hear anymore "but this..." on this issue.
As of late noone has been interacting witht he new players they have just been ignored and interacting with other new players. Not sayign thats a bad thing, BUT WE as the OLDER players should be interacting witht hem and making them feel more comfortable in the boards, NOT WAITING for them to state their opinoons or talk to us.
And Thats a Good Point so I think Im going to Make it a requirement for ALL OLDER Players To interact with The NEW players In some of their posts everyonce and a whole, and again as it is stated it shall be done. And Im sure the Head admin would agree

I have no problem interacting with the new players.....I have always left things open for them to interact with me. I never stopped them from interacting with me even once.
As for the power issue, I actualy kinda figured on that being the limit.

Well, I guess I need to say SOMETHING about all this(not good at ranting tho:-/), Ah, well. Here goes.
As we head in to part 3, there will be new players, and updated rules. I think we need to not only enforce the rules, but also set a positive example. Some of us(used to?) fight over power, some of us argue about RPing and stuff. We should take what differences we have that we argue over and except them.
We have different strengths, different RPing styles. Instead of fighting or making rivalries, we should cooperate and help each other. Instead of rejecting something about another player, we should do the opposite and use it to our advantage.
I'm doing my part to help the site in a lot of ways, but I realized that I might be a little too pushy about things. While I might consider cirtain things common knowledge, other players might not've even known about it. That's why I want to do everything I can to help all of you guys, and the new players to come.
Anyway, my advice to everyone is to think about things better. Instead of insult yourself, think about all of us that need you, and what this place would be without you. Instead of argue about what powers your characters have over other players' characters, find a different type of power that's just as good, but complements the other players' character's power. And instead of trying to get rid of a character, change him/her, try to find a way to fit him/her into the story more. And of course, treat newbies with respect, as you would want to be treated yourself. Because who knows, that newbie might RP the next Triomerged Digimon someday:)
