So far, out of character we have always refered to the two dimensions as Season 1/2 and Season 3. However, this can't last. There has to be names for the places we live. But we have no idea waht to call them.
Therefore, we decided to ask you guys for suggestions. (please make sure that they are appropreate, no bad words). (and as much as i wish, probably no Tombe). Post your suggestions and opinions here. Thank you very much.

What's with the apostrophes? IMO more fluid words sound better, especially when compared to Lerkurlia.

diff dimensions, ppl think diff, so they wont use the same names and whatnot, so you cant compare the name of one dimension to the name of another.

Godd point, yes, but maybe she's trying to think of names that only one society calls everything. I could be wrong though. sill, I'm not saying that your names aren't acceptable though.

Well, it'd be unfair for one dimension to decide what everyone will know that world as, especially unfair to the people who live there. So I think a dimension is called what the people there call it.
Example is how the digimon refer to our world as the real world, but most people just know it as earth. Any dimensions with abilities to know about the dimensions will try to keep in their records that this world is earth.
I know this creates a bit of confusion among the "parallel" earth and digital worlds, but I think that those dimensions, already located on a "parallel" plan, (Although if you look at the dimensional map, it's not parellel at all), those worlds all call themselves that, so they are noticed by locational name and a numberical number.
However, this doesn't solve much, since there are other dimensions not on the "parallel" planes. Those dimensions can have unique locational names created by their people/history, like Lerkurlia.

hmm...well....for the sake of understanding and whatnot, I am gonna state MY theory on dimensions.
I think all dimensions actually exist in the same place at the same time, but are totally different from each other...not sure if it would be diff wavelength type dealy or WTF makes it diff, but it would be a totally diff existance from ours, and exist in the same place at the same time, but unable to interact with us, unless somone managed to make a portal between the dimensions. So, for example, where you are sitting in front of your computer now is what it is in this dimension, but in another dimension, it could be a barren wastland, or in another dimension, you could be sitting in the middle of where, in the other dimension, is a 10 ft thick wall, or god knows what. Hell, you could be sitting there, and in that exact location your sitting, a strange creature could walk through where your at in another dimension, and you, as well as it itself, would not even know it. All dimensions, in my theory, are in the same location at the same time, but exist differently, not able to effect each other in any way, shape, or form unless a portal or some means of transport was formed between them.....
this is just a theory, of course.

Dimensional theories are fun(just ask Jasmine). But it'd be more fun to RP in them... |
