Zach made his way back near the others. Koemon was now sitting high on his shoulder, watching, as SilphyPatamon was still on side of him. "You fight because its all you know how to do. Fighting is pointless. Defending is what counts." He made his way up, beside Jasmine, and looked over at her. "Seems you're the only one level headed in this group." He said as he turned around, to face the others, still standing beside her, and Silphypatamon sitting behind them.

Shayde walks into the room at this point, and stands at the opposite end of the room from the window he was sitting by earlier. (I know it is in another room.) This places Wedge between Shayde and Darkdragonomon. "You best stop fighting, and get to talking, because I dont know how long it will be before Darkdragonomon decides to target you just simply because you are between me and him." While in the other room, Shayde had put the laptop in a back-pack, and was wearing it on his back. "Deragon, please. Lets see what Wedge has to say." Shayde then looks at Zach. "And by the way, I resent that remark. I am level headed."
Dragonomon then walks in the room behind Shayde, then starts to step between Shayde and Wedge. Shayde signals to Dragonomon to hold, and he does.
Shayde draws the Masamune slowly, and carefully, so as not to look like he is starting a fight. "I dont really intend to use this. However, you best not try to hurt one of us. You may have the crest of death. However, I happen to poses the great Masamune. Its light is more than enough to help me for what I need it for. You may have supercharged your rookies, but I can supercharge my single Champion as well.
Darkdragonomon Flys up to the window he senced the Masamune by earlier, only to find that the room is empty. The window is to small, so he flys down to the door. He sends another energy blast into the door. He purposly does not use full blast...instead, he uses about what is normal for a champion.

Shayde laughs at Deragon. "You dont understand. I already told him I have no intention of using it. It is a safty precaution. If he cant handle the fact that we wont just simply turn our backs, and trust that he wont kill our leader, then he dont need a negotiation. So, lets stop fighting, and get to talking negotiations." Shayde turns to Wedge, sword blade pointed at the ground, so as not to look like ready for a fight. "So, wedge, what is it you want? I can comprehend. I am not an idiot. Try me. I'll listen."
Dragonomon stands there, not bothering to worrie about Wedge. Instead, he watches the two supercharged Rookies. "Exactly what is it Wedge wants?" he says this more to himself than to anybody in perticular.
Darkdragonomon yells to those in the tower. "COME ON OUT AND PLAY, COWARDS! I WANT THAT MASAMUNE! GIVE IT TO ME NOW, SO THAT I CAN ACHIVE ULTIMATE POWER!"
Shayde laughs at Darkdragonomon's yells. "That fool. He does not understand the true power of mixing these swords on one person. One could not controll this power when it is matched with its counterpart. It would literaly drive them insane trying to. If it dident, it would kill the person. Even Realemon cant use these two together." Shayde looks at Wedge again. "Please, do talk. I would be quite interested in hearing what you have to say. However, dont beat around the bush. We dont have much time, because I need to deal with Darkdragonomon."

Shayde then walks outside the door, calmly, almost like he knows something that Deragon is ignoring. "You are taking on somone with the power of a mega. Wedge seems to have decided to remain quiet at the moment. So I will deal with Darkdragonomon. You just get out of the way." Shayde tosses the Masamune up to Dragonomon, who was following Shayde all along. It gets to Dragonomon's hand, and instantly enlarges in all directions, keeping its dimentions, but growing big enough for Dragonomon to use.
Dragonomon transforms to Lightdragonomon. Lightdragonomon looks Darkdragonomon in the eyes. "Lets dance." Lightdragonomon sends Energy Bomb at Darkdragonomon......and misses.
Darkdragonomon laughs, turns around, and uses Atomic Blast to blow up the energy bomb. "You think I will fall for that one? I use that attack myself. You pathetic fools."
"Oh, but you have fallen for my little trap." Lightdragonomon then uses Atomic Blast to catch Darkdragonomon in the back.
Darkdragonomon growls at Lightdragonomon. He then turns around and looks at Lightdragonomon. "We are evenly matched. You cant possibly win." He then looks at the other digimon that came out to play. "Dont make me laugh. Go play and let the adults talk."
"Dont flater yourself. You may have the power of a mega, but you are not that far above him. And talk? I dont call that talking. Trying to blow my partner up does not sound much like talking."

Jasmine froze, thinking of something. She ran over to the window in her room, looking out, not down at the battle, but at the sky around there. She could barely see the purple mist that surrounded the tower. "Lunamon..." she whispered, staring out into the sky, remembering the past.
As a type of reflection of the past, or perhaps just a delayed event, the mist began to glow brighter, surrounding the tower, as a type of shield.

Shayde watches the two digimon battle. "Enough talk. We gotta end this fast."
In responce to what Shayde said, he charges up an Atomic Blaster.
At the same time, Darkdragonomon Charges up an Atomic Blaster.
Lightdragonomon lets loose with his blast.
Darkdragonomon does so as well, at the same time.
Both Atomic Blasts meet midway. They match each other perfectly.
Lightdragonomon puts more effort into his atomic blaster, and the meeting point between the energies moves tward Darkdragonomon.
Darkdragonomon does the same at this point, and it stops. Soon, it moves tward Lightdragonomon.
When it gets halfway back, it stops moving, they are evenly matched.

Still in a daze, Jasmine walked back to the others. Thinking back, memories...
"Wedge, what happened?" she asked in a calm, curious voice. "Exactly why'd you change so much from the one we used to know, before any of this?"

Shayde watches the fight. He does not seem the least bit nervous. It is almost like he knows just what he is doing.
Lightdragonomon purposely just keeps Darkdragonomon evenly matched with himself. This is not hard to do, since they are exactly the same, except for the fact that one has light, and one has dark. Any time now. He thinks.
We are to evenly matched. I am going to have to find a better way to do this. Darkdragonomon stops sending his energies, and steps aside so that the energy blast misses.
Lightdragonomon stops sending his energies, and laughs at Darkdragonomon. "Whats the matter, am I to much for you?"
"Dont flatter yourself. We are perfectly matched. You might have ran me off for now, but be warned. I will be back." At that, Darkdragonomon turns, and jumps in the air. He spreads his wings, and flys off. Out of sight.
Lightdragonomon turns to Shayde. "It seems that our plan worked. Lets go check on Wedge."
"You are right." Shayde and Lightdragonomon walk back into the tower. They stand off to the side, watching Jasmine and Wedge. "Anyway, back to our negotiations. It seems that Darkdragonomon is gone for now."

Raven had stood there, aghast. Wedge, telling her not to fight? She might be his girlfriend, but she could take care of herself.
She sat down, confused, on WereLobomon's back...

Wedge looked up, tired. "Well, I guess it was Pirelli's leaving and the lonliness I felt that made me turn... but now I'm all for unity. I know now that fighting isn't the only way to get her back, oh and Brian too" Wedge smiled and looked back down at Jasmine, and gave her a thumbs up. "Looks like I'm back.... for now at least" Wedge sighed, looking down at his Crest.
