Rescue and Arguing

[Kyle]

((Ack. Many posts. >_<))

Kyle stayed a safe distance away from the building, in case something went wrong. Demidevimon wasn't so cautious.

"Demi!" Kyle whispered. "Get back here!" Demidevimon stuck his tounge out and flew on top of the building. He landed on top, and started walking back and forth, just to annoy Kyle. "...fine. Don't come crying to me when you get caught." Kyle ignored Demidevimon, and sat down and watched the building carefully. Demidevimon frowned at Kyle unwillingness to be annoyed, and started walking around the roof of the building, trying to entertain himself and find something to eat.

[Wedgamus]

Rosa paced in a circle around Infermon, who was just laying there, legs inside of his body, eyes closed, obviously bored. "This is way too long, I wanna go in there" she mumbled, whining.

[Kyle]

Kyle glanced over at Rosa. "We can't go in...we have to wait in case something goes wrong. What we all got captured? Its better to stay out here and wait. I am sure they can handle themselves. Besides..." He looked at Demidevimon, "Demidevimon and I can't do much. If you got captured, then everything would REALLY take a turn for the worse."

[Wedgamus]

Rosa sat on Infermon, looking at Kyle. "Can't he digivolve yet? Champion, Ultimate, anything?" She asked, rolling her eyes "Talk about bummer, eh?" She added, grinning.

[Kyle]

"Well, if you look at it like that. Personally, I don't care if he can digivolve or not...HE seems set on being able to stand on his own. He hasn't ever really needed me for anything, besides food. He is really independant, and I think he could digivove if he wanted to." Kyle looked back at the building. "I don't know if he is any good fighting. I doubt it. So if they don't come out..." HE trailed off. "...really, just be patient. I am sure they will be out soon."

Demidevimon continued to walk around on top of the building. He entertained himself by scratching "Demi Was here" into the buildings roof. He glanced back over a Kyle, and started circling the roof again, bored.

[Lost Digi Girl]

(Inside)
Kenny glared at the Icemon. "All Brian did that day was help us get Ken and Wazumi out, and you had no reason to arrest them either."

Some of the Gotsumon darted off down the stairs. The Gotsumon at the desk paused, and whispered something to another Gotusmon, who also left down the stairs.

"So you think it's okay to let known and dangerous criminals just walk free?" Icemon demanded to know.

"He stays," a different voice said, as a different digimon, Meteormon, walked into the room. "Even if by the rules of your world let people like him free, he assisted in the escape of two dangerous, treasonous criminals, and will not be just let off. Perhaps if you are willing to assist in the arrest of those two, we might let Brian free."

"Might," the desk Gotsumon added.


(Outside)

A Gotsumon appeared on the roof of another building. "Demidevimon, you are under arrest for intentfully causing damage to private property."

Alysha looked at her digivice closely. "Pushing buttons could have either a good effect, or a bad effect. And due to our particular situation, it could go either way on how much better or worse it could get."

[Kazami]

Rita turned back around facing Meteormon and clutching her fists. "I'll help you arrest those vicious criminals? Just lead me to'em!"

the forest

Alan started pushing buttons on his Digivice. "Arrow button once, it says 'D-Former, Model no. 1.0'. That must be it's name or something. Arrow button, then enter button is Digimon stats. Then... I think I got it!"

A holographic map of Kertermus Island appeared in front of the Digivice. Small dots appeared on it in random places. There was a big 'N' and an arrow pointing off in one direction, most likely pointing north.

[Kyle]

"What? All I am doing is being a good citizen." He started to scratch out his name with one foot, while talking to keep them distracted. "Why, you should feel ashamed of yourself for accusing me of such a thing...I mean, I would NEVER do anything against the law." He had completly scratched out his name, and began writing something else. "I was just flying on by, and noticed the most horrible of things on your roof. I was trying to get it off. Why don't you come over here and just look at what someone did to your roof?"

Kyle saw the Gostumon appear, and almost yelled for DEmidevimon to run. But he kept quite and watched. He could see Demidevimon talking, but couldn't make out what he was saying...

Demidevimon grinned in his head. In place of his name, he had written "Gotsumon was here." He wasn't sure if it would work or not, but he didn't it anyway. It was fun!

[Wedgamus]

Rosa narrowed her eyes and said to Infermon "Go help him out" and felt the digimon lift up from under her as she slid off.

Infermon climbed up the side of the building, trying to be silent as he stuck his head over the edge, seeing Gotsumon. He quickly initiated Spider Shooter, and the cannon came out of his open mouth, but he did not fire anything, yet.

(Inside)
Kenny stepped over to Rita. "Are you completely stupid?" he whispered. "They want Ken and Wazumi. And trust me, there's a reason why they want them. Are you really going to be stupid and betray our friends?"

(Outside)
A few more Gotsumon appeared on the other roof. "No arguing with an officer."
"Yeah, and any crimes should be reported, not investigated on your own."
"Tampering with the scene of a crime! Arrest him!"

An Icemon came out on the same roof as Demidevimon. "Tampering with the scene of your own crime." He spotted Infermon. "And you're under arrest also for potential assault and endangerment of an officer."

(Forest)

Alysha smiled. "Great! Curiousity definately is good. Now at least we can find our way out of here, and get help. But what are those dots?"

[Kazami]

Rita stoped to think about what Kenny said, but thought she could at least play along; they might release Brian if she does. "It's for my brother. Now shut up before you get yourself in trouble."

***the forest***

"I think they might be life forms. There's too many of them to be the guys at the tower." Alan said to Alysha. He then pointed out a patch of dots at the corner of the map. "wonder what those are? It's the only place on the map with a lot of dots. Maybe that's where they went."

Sierramon peaked over Alan's arm to see the pretty colors on the map.

[Kyle]

Demidevimon thought for a minute, then spoke up.

"Alright, ya got me there. I shouldn't have investigated the crime myself. And I was arguing with an officer. However,"He looked at Infermon. "The charges you are bringing up against that digimon are false. He was obviously providing back-up. In case you guys couldn't handle it. No point in arresting a helpful digimon And I do believe that you all are "potentially" possible of harming and endagering an officer ...but a crime is a crime. Guess I will have to be arrested." He turned to Infermon. Don't be stupid. " He flew over to the Icemon and waited. Go ahead...arrest me.

"Ack! You shouldn't have sent your digimon up there..." Kyle turned to Rosa. "Call him off or something...stupid, stupid Demi..." he turned back to the buildings, with his fingers crossed.

[Wedgamus]

Rosa shook her head "Infermon, pull back..." she whispered, kneeling, looking down. "Sorry Demi" She added, not moving.

Infermon jumped off the building, landing beside Rosa, looking up, angry. "Pay will I make them for Demi arresting" He said, growling.

[Lost Digi Girl]

(Inside)
"You're the one likely to get in trouble...." Kenny whispered to her.

Meteormon shoved Kenny out of the way, and approached Rita. "Do you know where Ken Ichijouji and "Gateau Wazumi" are?"

Kenny landed on the ground, and the nearby Icemon, grabbed him, as another gagged him. "You talk too much and know too much. You're not under arrest but must stop assisting her." Kenny struggled to break free but failed.


(Outside)
Icemon smiled. "Good." Out of nowhere, he got out shackles and quickly put them on Demidevimon, so he was unable to escape. He turned to the Gotsumon. "Investigate that matter, and report back at Cell 254." He went inside the building again.

The Gotsumon looked at each other. "That digimon is possible and probably likely to attack....arrest him!" they yelled, and jumped off the building and ran at Infermon


(Forest)
Alysha smiled. "Let's go see, it wouldn't hurt and is better than just standing here."

[Wedgamus]

Infermon moved in front of Rosa, Spider Shooter already armed and ready to fire. "SPIDER SHOOTER, FIRE!" Infermon called, then shot off three energy blasts, each aimed sluggishly at the approaching Gotsumon.

Rosa ducked back, looking over at Kyle. She ran over to him and pulled him back behind the tree, saying "We'll be safe back here, I hope"
