Demidevimon, no longer scared of what seemed to be a harmless digimon, flapped back onto Kyle's shoulder.
"Jeez, Kenny is MUCH more considerate than you Kyle..."He grinned, Kyle stared blankly. He quickly got up, making Demidevimon cling for dear life. He turned to Kenny.
"Now what was that for? Why go off and make someone mad like that?"
"You do it all the time..."Demidevimon inturpted. "Sometimes you just get aggrivated by certain people KYLE, and you want them to go away."
"Sometimes YELLING at them and INSULTING them just makes the problem worse/" Kyle responded.
"Sometimes certain people don't listen to logic and common sense, which can lead to a certain amount of annoyance!"Demidevimon added bitterly.
"Sometimes the so called common sense is nothing but a baised oppinion Demi!" Kyle shouted.
"Ha! EVen if it is an oppinion, it is probably based on facts SOMEWHERE-GAK!" Kyle quickly took a step back, and an unprepared demidevimon fell face first into the ground.
"REAL mature Kyle."He jeered. Kyle was just grinning. Demidevimon scowled angrily and hovered over by Kenny, away from Kyle.
"What?" Kyle grinned. Demidevimon ignored him and hovered next to Kenny. "Don't start that again..."

Kenny sighed, glaring off into her direction. "I've known her for four years, and she's always been a silly little kid. A year younger than me, with less logic at times than our friend Ponce. I mean, look at her now, running off because she won't listen and is just running into danger on a weird island she's never been to."
"Okay," Babydramon said, "random girl with no known name or at least known to me and my human, and randomer girl named Rita who somehow always seems to push Kenny's buttons with no real reason except you seem to always push Kenny's buttons, you two shold come here soon in case whatever is making the noise out there decides to come and eat you and us and then go eat the tower but i think whatever that is would be more noticible in the fog than in the sky don't you agree?"

"I don't know why they were trying to help. I could do this alone..." Rita said, as she tried to navigate the fog. Suddenly, to her left, the fog started glowing, the same way as when she helped Ceramon. "Who's there?" she said.
The glowing stopped. "You're not alone, Rita." it said in a farmilliar voice. A giant dinosaur-ish insect emerged from the fog.
She recognized the olive-greenish monster right away. "Ceramon?"
"I'll help you get to your sibling faster. Climb on."
"Sure." Rita said. She ran around and hopped on from the side.
"I'm Dinokabuterimon in this form. Thanks to you, I'm regaining my strength." She started to walk slowly, being careful as to not make loud noises with her large new feet.
"But how am I?" Rita said.
"It's because you helped me once. I'm able to help you from now on." DKmon said, as she started walking faster.

Rosa ran after them, and yelled "HEY! WAIT FOR ME! WAIT UP!" and began to sprint, but slammed into something, making her fall back.
Keramon turned around and smiled that eerie grin again and picked Rosa up, carrying her on his back. "This be Wedge sister. Her Rosa. She good" He explained, looking at Kenny. "You member Rosa?" He asked, tapping his forehead.

Kenny nodded. "I remember her, but not the name. Well, nice to remeet you." He paused. "Why're you out here anyway?"
"I think I'll be quiet for a while because I have nothing to add to this conversation and i tend to notice that at times i may slightly annoy peopel or at least kenny so in order to protect myself from future donkings i should stop talking, right?" Babydramon asked.

Meanwhile, Brian was completely lost in the fog, too far away from the others to even know they were there. He was also unusually quiet, thinking to himself, mostly reflecting on the past. Not the past he had constantly thought of the last two years, of what Brandy had done, but of the time before that, of memories of him and Michelle.
"Freeze!" a gravely voice ordered. Brian sighed, looking around, instantly knowing the voice. However, he was in the thickest of the foggy area; he couldn't see barely anything in front of him. Before he could even figure out where the voice had come from, besides the general fact that it would have originally have come from the southern area of the island, he was instantly tackled, pinned to the ground, and shackled, before being knocked out.

Dinokabuterimon came through a large, rocky path that was forked into three directions. "You sure we don't need Kenny's help? I don't really know my way through this whole island, especially when it's foggy, and getting dark."
"We might need his help, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna ask for it."
"Well, if not him, then one of the other..." she stopped, hearing a couple voices on the other side of a rocky wall...

"It's too late to keep patrolling. Too dark, too foggy. Do we have to do this?"
"Yeah, rocks for brains. There's rumors of all sorts of criminals all over the island again. Including some of the escapees"
"Yeah. But why look where we can't see?"
"Because of the criminals. They're easier to arrest here. The other group said they actually caught one of the really old escapees, stupid humans."
"Not even with a digimon? Dumb human, must have rocks for brains."
"Unlike you?"
The voices trailed off, into the fog.

Dinokabuterimon backed up, then turned around. "Those were the Gotsumon that lives on this island. They're the only Digimon here besides the ones in the tower. I wonder who they were talking about."
"The only one that didn't return with the others! Who else?" Rita said. "Oh snap, do you know what that means?"
"Yeah. But I don't know where their hideout is though. It'll take all night to find it on our own."
"I guess we have no choice after all then. We hafta go back to the others. Kenny might know, I guess."
"You should talk to him about your problems anyway. It's best to work things out." Dinokabuterimon said as she started walking back.
"I know, but he has this pure hatred twords me, and for no clear reason too. It's difficult to talk to people like that. It's too bad though. He seems like a nice kid otherwise."
"You don't seem like you liked him very much when you was running away like that."
"I never have a choice. My temper's too short anyway, and he just brings out the worst in me."
"Well, did you do anything to him before to make him hate you like that?"
"No. That's the thing. He hated me ever since he layed eyes on me." Rita stopped, seeing a feint view of someone in the fog up ahead. "I think I see them."
"Really? They were further back..."
"They might've tried to catch up though."

Rosa sighed, and looked all around as she was being carried on Keramon's back, hearing some other voices. "Hey guys, who else WOULD be out here other then us? Wedge told me about this area, aren't there like police or something?" She asked, closing his eyes and sighing.

"Police? Why would we have to worry anout police? We aren't breaking any rules. Right?"
Demidevimon still flew away from Kyle, and continued to ignore him. Kyle sighed and continued. "Oh well...even if there were police...I doubt they would be able to see us through this fog..." Kyle shrugged and trudged on.

Kenny shrugged. "Do you mean the Gostumon? They also live on the island, but are mostly to the south. They do act as if they're police, 'arresting' anyone known to break laws, although I don't know what laws those are. They shouldn't be in this area though.."

Rita rode over to Kenny on Dinokabuterimon. "We heard them. They said they cought a human recently. We need to go rescue whoever it is."
Dinokabuterimon stopped and looked at the other kids. "Anyone who's coming, hop on. There's plenty of room for everyone."

"Wow. Where did the...er...giant bug come from?"
Demidevimon silently flapped up to Dinokabuterimon and landed on her back, and stared blankly foward. Kyle groaned. "Come on Demi..." He sighed, and climbed up and sat on the end.
"Come on Kenny...someone needs help. This is no time to hold a grudge. Demidevimon muttered under his breath...

Kenny and Babydramon got on also, somewhat near the front. "Do you have any good sort of sense of direction in this fog? If they took the person to the jail, then we have to go to the southern part of the island," Kenny asked Dinokabuterimon.
